I'm not a religious man, but this sauce was touched by sweet 6 lb 8 oz baby Jesus himself. Once it hits the lips, it's just so good. I soaked my chicken in it for about an hour prior to tossing it in the skillet, and once I took that first bite, my life was changed. I can let go of all my worries and troubles now.

I LOVE THIS marinade! By far better than any on the market I have found, and I have tried a dozen different brands. A perfect blend, for on pork loin roasts on BBQ or oven, same with chicken wings, legs. So tasty and addictive when roasted in oven 350 for about half an hour or more. I add Chinese Five Spice, smoked paprika, pepper, garlic powder first to meat, cook a little while, pour sauce over and bake another hour until done. Can also marinade the meat in sauce in freezer bags and freeze for a good stronger flavor. Reserve sauce to pour as cooking and baste the meat. I also rinse the empty container with water, saving that water/remainder marinade to add to a rice dish for just a touch of flavor. SO delicious! Trouble is, never in stock and I refuse to pay $15 for one bottle, should be able to get 4 at that price! OUCH

The best thing to put on chickens to make it taste like Caribbean chicken. I love it and it's the best thing to buy for it.

Great flavor. Sweet, not too spicy. I've used KC Masterpiece marinades in other flavors and have always had good results with it.

i didnt like that it cost this much but i understand / the taste is exceptional especially if you leave it overnight to marinate gets through every morsel and in my opinion way more gooder than the papya marinade

The Casey masterpiece Caribbean jerk marinade is the bomb. It taste so good when you marinate your meat in it your meat comes out flavorful with a little kick behind it. Try it for yourself. You'll love it.

Absolutely delicious it's sweet and bold not too sweet not artificial tasting either

I put this marinade in a big container and fill it with 6-8 chicken breasts. I cook them throughout the week in an airfryer using a temperature probe. I usually slice the cooked chicken and make pressed chicken sandwiches with cheddar cheese, onions and Bbq sauce. It is a great meal.

I was wanting more of a spicy taste and this came off good, but not the full jerk taste. I will be ordering this again and adding spices to it.
