Our 0.9 cu ft portable washer died after 3 years and we needed a replacement. This gorgeous washer caught my eye and I examined it online for several weeks before deciding to buy it. It's bigger, which I love bc I have an accident-prone 6 yo who insists on several outfit changes a day, as well as elderly disabled cats. This takes bulky loads like a champ. I was at first hesitant due to other reviews but decided the chances of user error were high. Compact washers aren't the same as regular sized washers, and if you don't realize that going into this, you'll hit several walls while you learn. The first is the control panel. It's straightforward if you take a breath and read it. You first select the size of load/water level you want. You hit the button twice per load size. It will say L1/L2/L3/etc. Then you move right to the next button and select what type of washing you need. You hit this button until you get to the cycle you want. Then you hit start. It has an automatic water level, so there's no need to hover. You use low-bubble detergent to prolong the life of the machine. I've attached two pictures to show the panel shows the minutes left and the cycle chosen while it's running. It comes with a rat guard if you want to attach it, and you can actually reverse the side the drainage hose exits from! This is a huge plus compared to our last washer which had it in the back and going straight out. There was no way to put it against the wall this way. Speaking of, the inlet hose for the water attaches in the back and the washer comes with a hose that has an elbow attachment so this washer COULD go against the wall if you so desire! It will make storing between wash days so much more practical! The electrical cord and the inlet hose are about the same length, so that actually works out as well. This is also shockingly light! I lifted and carried it myself, and I'm disabled with diagnosed Ehlers-Danlos, osteoarthritis, POTS, and mitochondrial disease. After the FedEx guy's performance I was expecting a struggle, but it's about half the weight of my 6 year old.

This machine has truly been a blessing. It's convenient for just me in my small apartment. Though the machine is a little loud, I love the fact there a different settings for different things. (Quick Wash, Spin, Air Dry, etc) Whether you want to do a full cycle of washing and spinning for clothes, or just want to hand wash a few things and throw it in there to air dry. It dries the clothes really good. It's a little damped after the spin cycle but I just hang them to dry and they are fully dried in a few hours. The cord it came with for the sink doesn't fit on mine so I just use a bucket to fill the machine with water. If I add too much, the additional water will be pushed out before the washing cycle starts.

perfect for small spaces. the 25lbs one is worth the upgrade if you have space. I actually meant to get the other one but this one gets the job done. Just smaller loads.

this machine is awesome! it is very quiet. easy to hook up to sink. the drain hose is a bit of a bugger though. it kept coming out of the tub so i tied it to the tub spicket.

It does the job perfectly well. My laundry is clean without any issues. Very satisfied.

Spin cycle barely works. It always thinks it's unbalanced and when it finally does spin, it is slow.

very small washer not good for heavy clothing or comforters

Have not had over barely 90 Days! Leaks water! Did not fit my kitchen faucet! Now will now complete a cycle won drain or spin clothes without turning on off over %26 over ! Very disappointed! Have contacted the seller! No Answer I Want my $ back or a replacement!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! THIS PLASTIC WASHER WILL FLOOD OUT LITERALLY!!! THE ENTIRE WASHER LOAD WILL LEAK OUT ON YOUR FLOOR! BOUGHT IT IN SEPTEMBER!!! My previous washer died after 12 years but this piece of crap didn't last 6 months!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PLASTIC JUNK!!!!

water completely stays in the bottom of the washing machine you have to put it on a single spin cycle when it's all completely done and the tub is a lot smaller than it says
