Well packed and come in fast through priority package. This dash camera is great with leather like front face, very good quality images. It is very easy to use. Front and rear view have great video quality, even at night. It comes with a special polarizing filter which really makes the video quality very good. The camera starts up and runs every time I start the car engine. No need to remember to turn it on/off. It saves the front and rear video clips on separate files on the sd card with audio. It has a 16GB card included so I can test my cam right away. Overall great product!

Small and not distracting. The picture is great and the night vision is what you see with the natural eye or better. Very easy to install and easy to remove for safe storage. The rear camera helps me keep an eye on my payload in my truck bed.

First off, it's great when it works but that't the catch - getting it to work. The list of issues I have deal with in under a year of owning it: Video freezes, video restarts 7 seconds into new loop, camera freezes (won't turn off), overexposes, filter falls off, front mount detaches, won't start (cross your fingers when you hit the power button) and on and on and on. Customer service has been great at replying but I think they purposely just keep proposing fixes or replacement parts so they don't have to send you a new one. If it gets under 40 degrees or over 80 degrees where you live, absolutely stay away from this dash cam. If it never gets outside of 40 or 80, take a chance. Best advice I can offer if you decide to buy it - return it at the first sign of trouble. You'll thank me later as the issues will only get worse and more numerous.
