Kedem Gourmet Marsala Cooking Wine, 375ml, Certified Kosher

My usual brand was out of stock, so I decided to try this one. I took a little sip of it when it came in. It is a bit stronger than the other one, which might work out well since I generally use it in soups and to glaze pans. it is a bit more expensive than my usual brand, but I think it will work well.

First time making Chicken Marsala. I wanted a quality Marsala cooking wine for my recipe. After researching I couldn't resist the one that said it was Certified Kosher. Most quality cooking ingredients I choose claim that. So glad I chose Kadem; the flavor of this wine was most tasty. We devoured the Chicken Marsala like a pack of hungry Alaskan wolves.

Love this product. I use this for Gordon Ramsay's Chicken Marsala recipe. I add same amount of Sweet Chili Sauce to the recipe with added sliced carrots. My son says it the best dinner ever, and I make it at least once every single week.

Never recieved the Item deliverd to wrong place,to bad would like to try it on my red Cabage

When I ordered this wine, I didn't realize it's only 12 or 13 ounces. I bought it for a recipe that calls for 18 ounces, but this is too expensive to buy another. I'll order Goya to supplement this small bottle.
