I ordered this got it yesterday and it was all broken up and unusable

When I placed a pick-up order I didn't realize this was going to be shipped, however, when I did realize it I assumed it would be shipped protected with some bubble wrap or some other protective wrapping. Instead, my order was sent in a regular plastic shipping bag and the pictures show what I got. I didn't want to give it even one star but at least one was required.

First thing, I ordered this from the store and wasn't given the option of having it shipped because I definitely would have said, “No”! This is how the box arrived just a few minutes ago. I opened it and it was filled with thick packing paper. At the bottom of the box sat the pie shell with no packing material whatsoever underneath it. I gave it 4 stars because I have purchased many of these in the past and they are good and oh so easy vs making your own. Thank you to the person who included a recipe in their review. With only 3 ingredients it sounds so simple. However, getting out the food processor to turn the graham crackers into crumbs then cleaning up the mess and finally pushing it evenly into the pie pan requires some time and effort when you simply don't have either of those. Plus, I have just never had any complaints about my pies or pie crust when using the Keebler crust and I do appreciate the convenience of them. As a couple of others mentioned, it's a shame that it appears as though Keebler pie crusts have horrible reviews when the poor reviews are attributed to the poor packaging. Come on Walmart, you guys sell bubble wrap. I suggest you you use it and wrap all the way around the pie crust before placing it in a box that has packing paper crumpled in the bottom and sides, not just throwing it on the top. As you can see from the pictures, packages are not carefully handled at all.

While I want be returning these pie crust, I have learned never let them ship pie crust! They are broken and look pretty bad. I can patch them up, make delicious pies, but they sure won't be pretty! Note to self- if it's not in the store, you may need to forget it!

WOW! HORRIBLE delivery service! In all the years I have had Walmart deliver to me this was the absolute WORST! There is no way the delivery person did not know the condition of the pie crust. It was folded in half when it was delivered! It was the ONLY item in my order! What a mess! VERY disappointed.

I accidentally ordered this graham cracker crust for delivery, I thought it was going to be with my order for pick up. I didn't know how to cancel it but thought it would be boxed and arrive ok. Boy was I wrong. It was crammed into a plastic bag that was too small so it was cracked, crumbled and the cover had a split in it. Very, very disappointed either way this delivery.

I ordered two Keebler graham cracker pie crust do use this weekend because I have family coming in. They are both unusable. One of them was just broken all around the edges. The other one is totally crushed all throughout the whole piecrust.

I guess when I made my Walmart order, my store was out of pie crusts and I didn't realize…I thought I just forgot to add it until I got a package today… this HAS to be a joke 😒
