[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a chrome sink in one of my bathrooms I needed to replace my drain and wanted a bigger drain cap this flip the bill! I searched for a while, it's hard to be sure when ordering online what you're getting. Wow was I surprised… Many drain systems are using a lot of plastic these days this was not the case heavy and I know it's going to be durable. But what blew my mind was I called the company and asked if I could have an extra cap in case this one gets scratched… Great customer service! They sent me more than one of the (entire )drain I couldn't believe it and they didn't charge me! I greatly appreciate their customer service! It is hard these days to find good businesses who take care of their customers!

Looks good. Clogs up easy. Will need cleaning weekly to unclog this.

This unit fit my sink just fine. It looks nice and does the trick. Here's my beef: I made sure this unit would be returnable to the store if it did not fit. So much so, to the point, that I took a "snip-it" of the WALMART pop-up with states very clearly that this could be returned to the store if need be. I did this because I wasn't born yesterday. And, sure enough, when the item came, the paperwork included stated this item could NOT be returned to the store. I'm glad I didn't need to return it but just so disgusted with the way these things are today. I don't know if this all is the fault of the seller or of Walmart but I'm giving a bad review just on this issue! No excuses and I don't care whose fault it is. It disgusting.
