This bread machine is very easy to use. It operates a lot like my Breadman machine. The kneading cycle started a little rough. It sounded like the machine was struggling for power but seemed to level out to a normal setting after a few minutes. A recipe book is enclosed but I prefer to follow a recipe online from Breaddad.com. It took a little over 3 hours start to finish for white bread but turned out perfectly. You can make many other items in this machine, such as yogurt and jam. Unlock and wash the bread pan before first use. I should mention also that this item was packed exceptionally well so no worries about shipping.
This bread maker was better than one I used to have years ago. The instruction manual was clear and easy to follow. The recipes included were good but I prefer my own recipes that are tried and true. This was shipped with lots of care and packaged well so as to keep the bread maker safe. I appreciate the fast delivery and care in packaging.
Excellent bread machine - have baked three styles so far - so delicious and easy for the most part. Really enjoy how this machine helps better your chances of great looking loafs - superior preheat setting - especially handy for wheat versions. Very smooth kneading - some shaking but nothing like my other machine. Also watches room temperature and helps correct timing! The pan is nearly flush so no reaching down inside a burning hot machine - easier I think compared to my other machine. Great customer service - extremely fast and professional - Helps with questions, recipe testing and modifications by their test kitchen! Really looking forward to trying more recipes out - Helping me get healthier and reduce stress - have three chronic conditions so after doctor visits this is so fun. JMO. Two year warranty too! Highly recommended - Hope you enjoy yours too. PS - the taller loaf is a onion loaf - I added too many extra onions - three types and some dry herbs but didn't adjust my liquids: new baker but learning. Crumb was still very nice and tasted delicious especially after resting overnight. Other two loafs are a Salt Free Wheat with oranges and the other was a Banana Walnut and Tart Cherry loaf. Wheels are churning on my next loaf - Take care
It came very very well packed with wood fiber density boards (which by the way can be used for different projects) around all sides which is great because (no names mentioned) my delivery people love to throw boxes around like footballs. It was very well protected. The recipe book and instruction books are very detailed and explain everything perfectly. It comes with 3 measuring cups, 3 measuring spoons, 2 paddles and a paddle pulling hook. I wasn't expecting all the accessories. I am in the process of making the first batch of bread and so far everything is working fine. Thank goodness for the great explanations in the manuals as there are a lot of buttons and menus to go through. The menu options are a little nerve racking but the book explains in detail what to do exactly. It has a started dough and a yogurt feature which my son is going to use often. Funny how a kitchen appliance can make a huge difference in your everyday life.
This is a nice bread machine—way more options and better quality than the one I grew up using. There are so many different types of items you can make in it besides loafs of bread. It's super simple to use and the menu is not complicated at all. It has a homemade option so you can put in your own times for recipes you have come up with on your own. I'm not quite to that level of connoisseur but maybe some day. It also came with so many recipes and the ingredients are listed in metric, too, for best outcome. Be advised that you do need to burn off any oil left on the coils and let it rest for a couple hours before you can use it the first time.
I have always wanted a bread machine and this is a nice one. I like the shape and styling of the product. Really nicely designed with an attractive brushed stainless steel finish. Comes with a nice recipe book full of different bread recipes and you can get many more on the manufacturers' webpage, including a recipe for cheese bread. You can also make banana bread in this machine. It makes a nice square shaped loaf of bread with semi-rounded bread heels. You have an option to make 3 different size loaves, 1 lb, 1.5 lb., and 2 lbs. Make sure to have plenty of all-purpose flour or bread flour on hand, as well as lots of instant dry yeast because you will want to try many of the recipes included. Machine came very well boxed with lots of protection. Arrived quickly.
Amazing company that takes pride in their shipping placing thin pieces of wood around the packaging to protect this bread machine . It comes with 75 recipes of yummy breads, removable bread pan, 2 paddles, paddles can also be removed before baking %26 the machine will tell you when to remove them (big plus) 2 measuring cups %26 2 measuring spoons. I will repost after baking breads, due to a disaster of ice storms in Michigan…. We are without power for 6 days now. I know this company takes pride in their product, so I'm excited to bake soon %26 repost with pictures. Let me also say that the instructions are very easy to follow step by step %26 has a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
This is great. It does everything but clean itself. That is a simple wipe down of the body. The bread pot comes out with a simple twist, and it goes to the sink where you can wash it along with the kneading paddle. You just put in all the ingredients in the order it says, turn it on, chose the settings and it does the rest. You can even delay it so it can be ready for you in the morning for breakfast or at night for dinner. You can only delay with certain recipes that don't contain spoilable ingredients. It has a book of recipes and directions. It has 75 different recipes for breads and other things. Whole wheat, ciabatta, challah, potato bread, gluten free, and plain white bread. It makes pizza dough, pound cake, pasta dough, and even yogurt. There is a gluten free quinoa, chic pea vegan bread. There is even a recipe for rice wine. I feel like a kid with a new toy. The directions are easy to follow. They give step-by-step directions. It's good to have a scale because it also gives the amounts in grams and ounces. There are no variables with that. The amounts are exact. This is an amazing machine. I have only made whole wheat bread so far, but I intend to do plenty more.
I am so glad I waited till I found a better one. I was going to purchase on marketplace social media but then ran into this amazing little baby and it actually makes 25 different loaves of bread. I am having so much fun with this
I had to mark this down because of the manuals/recipe book . The tech writer who created them was not taking their ADHD meds because the recipes are fine but the instructions and all the madness in references to side information about each ingredient and process and measurement and weight and OMG! It's TOO MUCH and the way each version of the same recipe is side by side like when you compare items just made me keep reading the wrong one! Look ya'all I was a bakery worker and an assistant bakery manager at a major food retailer for three years. I was a mom for almost three decades. That's a lot of cooking and baking and this machines manuals nearly put me into breakdown. Anxiety! Whoever wrote them needs to replace them with clear flowing easy to follow instructions and recipes and STEPS because I had to use the manual for use WITH the SIXTY PAGE recipe booklet to actually create a mental step by step to finally get past the anxiousness and get some bread made. That should never be the result of simply figuring out how to use a fairly simple machine AND IT IS SIMPLE but the writing is just horribly scattered and a lot like doomscrolling to read. The more I read the more anxious about starting I got. So, yes, I finally said “%26,):(/; it “ and just dove in without reading anything except the actual recipe and the steps to use the ingredients and the machine IN THE OTHER BOOKLET because no one thought both how to use this machine, step-wise and the recipes should be together in one booklet? Really? Yes, really. I waited until late at night when our temperature finally hit below 80 because the manual kept referencing the temperature THEY used the recipe at (anxiety trigger) and I used the included plastic measuring cups (handy once I figured out they were measuring cups) instead of my usual items. Once you figure that out it's easier to continue because I could ignore all the referencing to measure and items used and scales and adding this or subtracting that IF you use this flour or that dry yeast or or or OMG I'm getting anxious just remembering… enough about the process of the recipes! Sigh, the machine worked great. It's actually quite simple to use except I still can't get the off button to stay off so I unplug it. You add everything in order of recipe steps into the bread tin making sure the paddle is installed first. You just layer your ingredients wet first then through to dry and yeast last. Then you put the tin back in the machine twist it in place close the lid and start. This does all the kneading which is why I chose it. When it's running it makes eerie sounds - remember I started late at night- so it was creepy but totally worth the end result. My bread came out fantastic. The crust is weird because at 2am when it finally finished I couldn't stay awake any longer to let the bread in the tin cool before removing it so I left it in the tin until morning. I did however tear a piece off and taste it. Really it was amazing!
