Had to have a Bench to get into my bathtub. Before I left rehab, this was one of the items i had to get. It was like the one I used in rehab. Easy to get into and out of the tub. The value was the best I could find. Easy to install and came Very Quickly.

first of all this is too big for anyone who has a narrow short tub. It has rubber feet but it does slide on tile floor. I can't use it as it suppose to be used, half in and half out of tub because the tub is too short and narrow. for anyone who can't lift a leg high enough to reach over the tub, take the chair and put it length size along the outside of tub and sit all the way back to swing leg over the tub. i suggest having someone close by for getting out to make sure the seat stays sturdy in place. I'm not gonna say whether i recommend it or not. for me being a large person and a small tub, I say no. I don't feel it's holding my weight as it says it does. all i can say is try it and if it doesn't work for you, return it. maybe a sliding seat would be better for you.

everything is perfect except one of the pipes is missing a hole where the backrest is supposed to attach with a push button through a hole.

The item is decribed as being good for 500lbs of weight, when it came and after I put it together and had my wife use it, who only weight 158lbs it seamed a little weak.. I went back to the instruction in the box and found that it says that it is only good for 300lbs, very misleading on Walmart web site. On the box it had a Email address for support in China and stated that they would get back with you in 24 hours. I emailed them at their email address to see if maybe they sent the wrong model or if the advertising on Walmart websit was wrong. The 24hours has long past and no reply from support. If you need one for more than 300lbs do not order this thinking it is good for up to 500lbs. Check instructions in box before putting it together.

DOES NOT WORK WITH ALL TUBS / NO RETURNS This chair does not advertise any limitations or specific tub sizes. The chair does not fit my tub. The legs are not long enough. The rubber feet are not balanced so the chair does not sit steady, Bottom line, this chair cannot be used with any size tub. No return on a product that is not a universal product is Also really poor business practices. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR WITHOUT MEASURING YOUR TUB AMD COMPARING WITH THE PRODUCT SPEC.

The manufacturer shipped two of the assembly screws of the wrong size and it made assembling the bench impossible. Further, Walmart refuses to honor the return, so I am just going to have to force a chargeback with American Express, as Walmart customer service and in-store customer service is elusive. I do not recommend this cheap and unreliable product.

Do not buy unless you've measured your tub and even then I bet it won't fit. Took no time to put together. Is very sturdy but will not fit in my tub. Also it's heavy. But the worse part, and I didn't see it was it was non-returnable. So I just wasted over $60 . EVERYBODY BEWARE! I've now read other reviews where it doesn't seem to fit very many tubs. This is something I needed badly. No idea why I can't return something I never even used?? Bad business Walmart. Very disappointing.

I bought this shower seat for my sister but her husband also went out and bought one. I was going to take it to my local Walmart for return (never opened ) but I can't start the return online because it says ‘this is not returnable'!!!! Read the fine print

I ordered the Kekoy bathtub 500 pound capacity bench and today I received (a day late) from FedEx, the wrong bench. It's a 300 pound capacity bench. It's not what I ordered. Consumers if you order from Kekoy please check your merchandise. Make sure it's what you ordered. They sent me a cheaper model. I sent Kekoy a message about the mixup. I'm waiting for a response.

The chair was sent to me and after it was all put together come to find out that it only had a 300 pound weight capacity now I need the chair but I'm a little large for the 300 pound now I'm not really I'm really trying to just get a refund or I can send a chair back but I can't use the 300 pounds.
