Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Breakfast Cereal, Original, 17.7 Oz

I've never had any food I considered more necessary than this one - HIGHLY recommend for anyone needing fibre for GI / colon health . . . And it's tasty! This is the only product that works for me. It is better than Fiber One. I recommend this product for relief of chronic constipation. Tastes good. You need to get used to it. Just eat 1/2 cup with milk every morning. I drink lactose milk (store brand which is just as good as Lactaid). Walmart is the cheapest I have found in my research.

This variety of All-Bran (The Buds) doesn't taste like shredded wheat. It's actually kind of fun to eat but my major motivation is the regularity it brings to my system. For some reason it's becoming increasingly difficult to find in the grocery stores (including Walmart). Getting it at Walmart.com made it easy for me and now I'm buying it here (five (5) boxes at a time). Feeling good!

I was surprised how great this cereal taste. It is small round soft crunches. By that I mean, it is not like little rocks as in Grape Nut type cereals. You don't have to be concerned of trying to eat it with sensitive teeth. It's crunchy but not hard. Your colon will thank you. :)

This cereal, Kellogg's All-Bran Branbuds Cereal is better than I thought it would be. It says it is good for us all to eat, for the fiber that is in it. It doesn't have a great sweet taste to it, but it has a taste that I like. I can't really explain the taste of it. I guess if you eat a piece of 100% wheat bread, that might be how I could explain the taste to you. I like it though and I will probably be the only one that eats it, but that's ok too! I might even start buying this kind sometimes, since I do like the sweetened cereal, but I know this cereal is better and healthier than all that other sweet cereal! I'm not for sure either but it might even help with weight loss if you were to eat it on a regular basis and stop eating all that sugary cereals or cereals you add sugar too. If you are looking for a good cereal, I would recommend this, Kellogg's All-Bran Branbuds Cereal. If you are looking for a healthier version of eating right, this would be it! thank you. I am trying to eat better and exercise more, so this cereal will help kick start me off in the right direction!

This is the only cereal that guarantees that I will be regular. I normally don't buy it very often because it is usually so expensive, so I was thrilled to find it here at this price.

This cereal is the best starting the day. I have 3/4 cups every single day, it keeps things flowing real well and also keeps the carbs down! It is filling enough too also supress my appetite until it is time for lunch, no snacks in between!

I normally only enjoy Raisin Bran, and figured if I didn't like the cereal I would give it away or find a way to create some recipes. Possibly raisin bran loaf, fie crusts, add dried fruits and create my own spin on bran cereal. Although I prefer flakes, Kellogg's All-Bran Branbuds Cereal is really, really good. I was surprised that it had a slight taste. I was resigned and somewhat expecting a tasteless and even "saw dusty" experiencing, not the pleasant tasting and enjoyable bowl of cereal. It is very possible I will not be planning to give this away, or creating recipes out of this box. I will probably add various fruits to make my bowl of cereal more exciting. Kellogg's All-Bran Branbuds Cereal is delicious and pleasant tasting, enjoyable anytime!

This is perfect to get a lot of bran with the least effort-- only 1/3 of a cup gives you 13 grams and when mixed with cereal it's palatable. Adds crunch and a nutty flavor. Much better than all the other varieties of high fiber cereal we've tried.

This particular cereal has been discontinued from the major food chains in the Orange County area where I live. We have enjoyed this cereal for years and I was having to buy it on Amazon for a ridiculous price until I thought to look on Walmart website and have it shipped to the store for me. Very pleased.
