Constipation? Gone!

breadmakerz November 10, 2025

By consuming 2 tablespoons of this cereal daily, my digestive and elimination systems have been regular for the 40+ years using the fewest calories and carbohydrates possible. Most drugs used in major surgeries leave a patient struggling with constipation afterwards. My father-in-law's 7-day constipation was resolved in 2 days just by having 1/3 c morning and evening. Several others I've told about its effectiveness have had the same results. All it takes to keep regular is a couple of tablespoons a day. So many in my own family struggle with elimination. I've never understood why your advertising hasn't mentioned this. And now you're no longer going to make it. I'll be scouring local grocery stores to buy up what I can.

A wonderful surprise!

CherylD February 10, 2026

This was recommended as an adjunct to my healthy gut effort. My body loved it, it was so tasty, and I'm so excited about recipes that I've found on the website!

Disappointed

Mike May 3, 2026

The recipe changed sometime in 2025 or 2026. The calorie count went from 110 to 120 per 45g serving. The nutrition facts show the same amount of sugar and fat but protein went down by 1g. I'm wondering where the extra calories come from. Probably more sugar. Labeling precision is to the nearest gram so it wouldn't show on the label as long as the amount rounds to the same as before. The biggest disappointment however is the increase in sodium and reduction or removal of most added vitamins (especially B12). It no longer contains added vitamins B2, B3, B12, D3. Most other vitamins and minerals have been reduced. The exceptions were B1, B5 and iron.

Love the fiber, but not the sugar or BHT

CraigS September 3, 2025

I have this cereal every morning, and usually have a bowl that equals about 2 servings, with a banana cut up in it. Very yummy, but I hate that this super high-fiber cereal has 3 teaspoons of sugar per serving added, and too much iron (for men) and BHT added, which may be an endocrine dispruptor. Why make something that is supposed to be very healthy and fiber-full and then adulterate it with unhealthy things? Wish it had stevia and less iron, and tocopherols instead of BHT to preserve it… then it would be basically perfect!

BHT Warning - What year is it?

Adam February 27, 2026

WHY does this still contain BHT. There is warnings about this chemical on the Government of Canada website about how it is bad for the environment and at higher-levels of consumption can be bad for people. I was so disapointed when I saw that there is BHT in this product on the box. This isn't 1950 anymore Kellogg's.

Cant fool me

hoodwinked January 20, 2026

Cereal changed. Nothing on the box labeling referred to there being a completely different taste and textured "update" once you got it home and opened it looking forward to a breakfast I have eaten almost every morning for countless years!!! As if we wouldnt notice? Maybe I will get used to it. Dont think so. Guess it is time to switch. Goodbye Kellogggggs

NUTRITION?

HEALTHY EATER May 5, 2026

I was taken by the article on this cereal within my news feed! I noticed it was an alternative to my daily 20 year love affair with oatmeal! When I investigated the Nutition I was aghast at the 12g from added sugars! I intake enough sugars naturally with my dried plums, dried apricots, and frozen blueberries and strawberries all from Costco! This cereal will NOT be a replacement for oatmeal.

Inedible. Absurdly Over-Sweetened.

AustinBaze July 15, 2025

Now inedible. Outrageously over-sweetened. Tried one bowl and tossed half. Tried a small amount with other cereal and it ruined that too. TWICE as much sugar as it should have. I should have seen that sugar was ingredient #2 but this is absurd in an "adult" cereal. Label says 12g added sugar but it tastes like pouring concentrated sugar substitute in your bowl. Not what I am looking for in a cereal as a fiber supplement. Never again.

Poison?

SH March 10, 2026

Thanks for potentially poisoning me with BHT. I am speechless. Shame on Kellogg. This is disgustingly awful. BHT is arguably a very dangerous substance. Why put this in your mouth?

Unhealthy

Bob May 15, 2026

Why do you need that much sugar? 1 out of 6 people are on a GLP-1 and would never eat this cereal. Make it with less sugar and it will be a hit for folks on a diet. Right now thai is a snack cereal.
