Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Original Breakfast Cereal, High Fiber, 22 oz

This stuff has so much fiber it takes a while for your gut to adjust. i eat about a quarter of a cup every day, which basically makes up for the fiber poor foods I eat the rest of the time. As breakfast cereals go, this one is pretty boring, but it serves an important purpose.

High fiber is needed for GLP-1 diets. A messured 1/2 cup of All-Brand Buds and Unsweetened almond milk is 135 calorie breakfast. Skipping 2% milk means you can add 1/2 cup strawberries for taste. This takes getting used to. The visual look reminds me of rabbit pellet food. You so spend a long time chewing the buds. However, I am not hungry by noon and no constipation. So this is a win.

If you have the old recipe for bran muffins that called for Kellogg's All Bran (you can order from Walmart) and Nabisco 100% Bran (which they don't make anymore), you can substitute two cups of Kellogg's All Bran for the Nabisco 100% Bran. Pour the 2 cups of boiling water over the substituted All Bran and let it soak up all the water. The muffins taste just as great with the Kellogg's All Bran. Thank you, Walmart, for keeping me supplied with the Kellogg's All Bran. You made me so happy that I can still make my mother's recipe for bran muffins!!!

I like bran buds. My husband says it tastes like cardboard but I don't agree. I throw a handful of walnuts in it and it's great! My favorite breakfast. But it works well on your digestion so I can't eat it every day.

This is a very good product. The taste is good enough to eat dry. I put a tablespoon of (this soaked in water) in my pancake batter using 1/3 c. complete pancake mix. It works well in many breads and coffee cakes.

I got this because my doctor said I need more fiber in my diet. I can add this to other foods and it won't alter the taste. It does what it's intended to do. Start gradually and increase slowly for best results. .

Love Bran Buds, and they have gotten harder to find. Walmart has them at a good price. I like adding BBs to my smoothies - great stuff. Glad to have a reliable supplier for my Buds!

While this is a very healthy product and it is a part of my daily breakfast routine for 22 years, the price of this product has gone up astronomically since the pandemic.

This cereal has productive fiber. If you would like to be regular in the bathroom, then eat this cereal. Taste is okay but that's not why you are buying this product.
