What happened. Cocoa Krispies used to give me my chocolate fix. The recipe has changed and I don't like it. I don't taste that great chocolate flavor like before.

We bought this box of Coca-Cola crispies a day ago, and when I went to open it, it was all mostly crumbs. There was no actual cereal. It was only crumbs of the cereal.

Just bought a box of Cocoa Krispies with the new recipe and tried a bowl today. The taste is off and tastes very artificial and not chocolatey. I immediately felt sick after eating them because of whatever artificial flavor they added! I will not be buying anymore!

The new flavor is not the same. Please bring back the original flavor as the new flavor is so bad I can't even eat it and I have to go to malto meal. This cereal has been my favorite for over 20 years.

Terminate the individual who made the decision to change the recipe and terminate the CEO for allowing the change. I want my original Cocoa Krispies back that I enjoyed for over 40 years! You took something from me that cannot be replaced. I do not like "pebbles" and yours tastes just like it now. A dark overly bitterness of what it used to be. Your decision to "cut costs" has no doubt lost you tons of customers. You know this, because you continue to offer "free products" for positive reviews to offset negative reviews. I know this because I see some negative reviews are being deleted. This is the only reason your rating is not lower. Bring back the original Cocoa Krispies!!!!!

I haven't had any problem with Cocoa Krispies before. Even when they made it more chocolatey. We always have a box available in the house But my purchase in sept 2025 taste like a very strong chemical. There is a strong odor to it also. I wish I could get it analyzed and find out what is making it taste so bad. What ever it is I think it is spoiled during manufacturing or someone added something harmful to human.

I loved these as a kid and they are now unrecognizable! They are awful! You had a good thing but you ruined it. Never buying this again.

Bought a big box of these for my chocolate cereal loving son and he will not eat them after the first bowl. They have very little flavor just brown Rice Krispies. So disappointed that I wasted money and food.

Nasty taste now, they have removed all chocolate flavor and added nasty taste to it. It have a bad after taste and ruined my delicious milk. Both me and my family didn't like it. Had to trow the bowls away uneaten, except for the first 10 bites, i made them eat until i couldn't anymore myself.. disgusting 🤮 P.s i tried to add a picture but the function doesn't work?
