This cereal is a favourite of mine
I have liked this cereal for years. It tastes terrific and is quite filling. I find that if my day starts with this cereal I do not always need to eat lunch as I am not hungry.

Not what I wanted
I was looking for a cereal with a sweet flake, fruit, nuts, and some crunch. This was not sweet and did not have many fruit and nuts. I found it did also didn't have much crunch either. I was very disappointed with this product.
