This is a good snack for people with active lifestyles. It does have a fair amount of sugar so definitely not the best snack for inactive people, people with diabetes, or people who are watching/counting calories. They are not the size of a regular American deck of gaming cards, although described as can be used to create a poker deck, so we returned them. Probably more accurate to say they are the size of a large business card. Measurements are in description, but I didn't check the size of a Poker game card deck. Quality seemed okay. Nutrigrain bars used to be fairly tasty. Not anymore. There is so much sugar, or corn syrup, that it's the first, and last, thing you taste. The pastry part just tastes like soft cardboard. They are also much smaller than they used to be. They taste so disgusting and are so completely devoid of nutrition that I had to put them in the trash.
