I usually get the Great Value version of this cereal, but this time I decided to splurge. Let me tell you that there is definitely a difference. The raisins are big and soft, unlike the GV brand's being small and rock hard. The bran flakes are perfectly flavored, again unlike the GV brand, which are rather bland. The best part of the Kellogg's offering is that the granola clusters are actually visible. So, spend the extra $1.50 and get something that you will actually enjoy.
Delicious! Natural sweetener, perfect bite size of the flakes/ nuts and it’s not soggy. It’s a bowl full of delicious treats (Am, Noon, or Evening). 😊
I never realized how emotionally attached I was to Raisin Bran until I spilled half the box on the floor and had to stare at the remaining crumbs with genuine panic. One minute I was casually eating cereal, the next I was considering whether floor flakes were still technically edible. Turns out Raisin Bran wasn't just breakfast, it was stability.
The product is excellent. On-time, undamaged delivery. Walmart's delivery needs work. My order of 6 boxes of cereal came in 3 separate deliveries. Also, Walmart's survey answer options need to be enlarged to include N/A, not applicable. one of the questions was regarding using the product as a snack which i do not do. I chose not to answer and this "no star" rating might be misleading; it would be better to answer N/A.
This used to always be in my house as a kid and I never touched it. But as I've gotten older and realized the need for more fiber I tried it and love it. It is crispy bran cereal and has soft raisins. Great with super cold milk. Over all it's good for breakfast but can be eaten for a snack too!
Has loads of good ingredients, even though it has HMOs, which lots of us want to avoid. Some of the adults in our home love it while others stray away simply because of the GMOs. Sugar content isnt bad- in line with most others, so if you want to avoid sugar, its not the cereal for you. But its probably healthier than many other cereals.
The flakes are always good and size and quality as are the raisins which they are famous for. I gave it a three for a snack because dry cereal to me is just not very appealing, but I guess if you picked the raisins out one by one, you could snack on those lol! I eat cereal for lunch, for breakfast and sometimes for dinner because I am not picky in that regard. High in fiber, which is great for the body, sure, sugar, content, and all of that but you know, unless you're nitpicky about every single gram that you eat that should not bother you.. I refuse to pay a cent more than I paid for these and I will not buy very expensive, allegedly better for you, raisin bran cereals.
I’ve always loved Raisin Bran, even as a kid. It’s my favorite cereal, with something like honey bunches of oats in 2nd place. This is the best of both, for me this is one of those snacks that if I have it, I will eat a snack, even if I’m not hungry. A good sized bowl of this a day will tame even the wildest stomachs with fiber.
It's actually really good. Regular Raisin Bran gets soggy so fast but this doesn't. It does eventually but nearly as quick as regular Raisin Bran. I'm not one to eat cereal as a snack but if that's what you enjoy Raisin Bran Crunch may be a good pick for you.
Raisons are hard as a Rock! Terrible "Quality Control"! Bought many with different date stamps for months (same hard raisons)! About a year ago "Kelloggs" (figured we are forced to buy their product's and Quality Control went out the window! It's a shame (we have been buying their products for "Decades")! They just don't care!!!
