I've been looking for a healthy, satisfying breakfast cereal that isn't loaded with sugar and finally found it! This is one of the best I've found so far. It keeps me full longer than other cereals or breakfast foods. Great for all ages. I like to put some fresh berries in mine along with Silk almond milk. I actually look forward to breakfast again after dieting on eggs and bland oatmeal for so long.

I assume it's good, we order 8 boxes at a time because my partner eats so much of it. I don't eat it but he seems to like it a lot so we'll probably order it again.

This is a great tasting protein cereal. It provides a complex carbohydrate and high protein meal before bed. I find it regulates my glucose numbers and keeps them steady.

This is my favorite go-to snack. It’s perfect to have as a substitute for sweets when I get a sugar craving and easy to carry in a baggy as a snack on the run. It doesn’t leave residue on your fingers like so many other cereals and granolas and doesn’t overload you with sugar.

The touch of cinnamon adds a subtle flavor that 'covers' the soy protein in this version of Kellogg's Special K cereal. I like that it keeps me feeling satisfied from early morning to lunch. Thanks to Walmart.com for providing the convenience of delivery to my door at a reasonable price.

I'm a T1D and try to eat a high-protein, low carb diet and this fits that need perfectly and tastes great. Highly recommend for athletic types wanting high protein, great tasting food.

I first tried this because I'm diabetec & was looking for high protein cereal, this fits the bill. Taste & texture are great. I tried the other flavours & didn't like them.

This is the cereal that is best for me due to medical issues and when I heard it is was like yuck! I've had plain special k in the past and absolutely hated it but this one has a lightly sweet coating and is very delicious ☺

The one thing that sets this cereal apart from other breakfast cereals is the amount of protein provided, 15 grams per serving. That is twice as much as most cereals and it shows in keeping you satisfied for hours. Walmart was out of this particular type of Special K so I bought the original as a subsitute. What a shock, I was hungry about an hour later, the protein is the difference. The taste is good also, not sweet, just a nutty type of flavor. My favorite combo is with sliced bananas on top. Try it, you'll like it.

I like the product for the higher protein of 15grams(13% of daily value) per 1 and1/3 cups serving. I have been buying it for many years. I used to be able to buy it without the added cinnamon which also includes added sugar of 8grams and apparently comes mixed in cinnamon. I do not understand why the original product without all of this cinnamon/added sugar was no longer offered. If I want to add cinnamon and sugar I can do this on my own at home. I cannot remove this added sugar ingredient once it is put into processing of the cereal. Only reason not given a 5 star rating.
