Well pleased with tire purchase
The tires seem to be top quality , look good, and road noise so far has been minimal. Scheduled an appointment for my local super center to install. They got me in a little before my appointment and had me ready to go in less than an hour.

great value. my first impression they ride better then the good years i replaced them for. softer ride more responsive to the steering wheel. if my opinion changes ill do a follow up.

Highway performance as quiet as all-seasons
Unlike my previous Goodyear Duratrac AT tires, which were too loud for highway driving, these tires are remarkably quiet on any road at any speed. Even better, I've noticed a 10% improvement in my average gas mileage.

Kelly Tires Sidewall Fracture Defect
The sidewall of one of our Kelly Tires Safari A/T LT275/65R18 fractured. I've never seen this before on a tire and I've purchased a ton of tires over the years. Kelly is made by Goodyear but they are not the same quality. The tire was in use for 9 MOS/approx. 15,000 miles but I've never seen anything like it. We rotate our tires every 5,000 miles and I mention that because the front tires at the time we got rid of them would have only been on the front 10,000 miles and they wore very unevenly. For comparison, the Nitto Ridge Grapplers that replaced the Kelly Tires have far less wear wear at 10,000 miles than the Kelly Tires did. But the main concern was the fractures. Something about the way Kelly Tire made this tire was seriously wrong and personally I would never buy another set of Kelly Tires.

Good tires, horrible service
Tires were as expected but service center was a strong disappointment. 2 hours to get 2 tires changed out and that was with a scheduled appointment. I know people get behind but when it takes 2 hours for a 30 min job and ruin a TPMS sensor , along with messing up the wiring to the ABS wheel sensor, that just horrible workmanship.
