This is a super healthy latte that is super simple to make all you need to do is add milk and shake it up. The flavor tastes very creamy with a cinnamon aftertaste and a hint of banana. I recommend using chocolate milk as it adds a nice chocolate taste. The caffeine is also enough to keep me energized the whole day while working. I highly recommend this instant coffee.

I wasn't sure what to expect when first tried these but I was pleasantly surprised. The taste is creamy and full of flavor. Definitely suggest using a whole milk. I was a little thrown off by the banana ingredient I purposely chose the flavor without bananas! But I definitely will buy this again.

Somehow an entire cup worth of fresh produce fiber is contained in one serving, which is a great addition to my diet. I think this contains a perfect amount of caffeine, not too much and not too little. I would suggest using either a Kenko bottle or a protein shaker bottle because when I first tried using a spoon and glass, it was not fully mixing.

i loved that it included fruit and was less than 100 calories. I didn't taste much coffee and mainly tasted bananas. I did add some creamer to it because as it states no sugar. with the added creamer it was amazing. it's very thick like a smoothie but still good.

I love that this is organic and includes nutrients my body needs. I also love that this is already measured in individual packets. I did find that I needed to use a blender to get rid of chunks before drinking. The flavor is not as good as I expected but think it is a viable option for healthier eating.

I avoid all things with sugar or artificial sweeteners. I really wanted this all natural coffee drink to be great but it did not live up to my expectations. It did not mix well, it was a chunky texture and strange aftertaste.

if I can rate this a negative I would this is the nastiest thing I've ever tasted no it's so disappointed because I spent almost $10 on a box of those and it's so nasty it would not recommend it to anyone
