I can't eat anything in the first 4 hours of waking up so my morning smoothies are really important to my day.

I was so excited to try the Kiencko protein matcha smoothies! I love that it has 12g of plant protein and no added sugar. It also has a shot of natural caffeine because of the green tea. It's been perfect for a morning pick me up. I would definitely purchase again. Tastes delicious !

The matcha flavor really stands out! I like that it is unsweetened because it gives me the option to add my own sweetener. Personally, I really like the flavor of matcha, so I do not think adding sweetener is needed, but it is still nice to have the option to add it. Each packet has a large amount of protein too, which is really great. Overall, these packets are a good alternative to the more traditional protein powder options available and a good option for those who like the taste of matcha.

I love the idea of this protein smoothie! I love the high amount of protein & fruit packed into it. It is pretty tasty. I wasn't sure I would like the matcha flavor. I mixed it with extra creamy oat milk and it tastes like a treat. It does have a "healthy" taste to it. :) I will say that it takes a lot to mix it up. I used a mixer cup with a mixer ball in & shook for quite a while & it still has chunks in it. I think I will try my immersion blender next time to see if it mixes up better. All in all, I like it.

I've been trying to have more smoothies and protein shakes in the morning so I tried this matcha protein powder. It was okay but not great. It did make me feel full with the protein from this and almond milk but it had a weird taste. It was edible but not good. I've had better results with mixing different matcha powders and protein powders together. I'll probably finish the box but I don't see myself buying this again.

I really enjoy smoothies and matcha. I mixed this packet was added to 13 oz of unsweetened almond milk and it was okay. Just shaking the pouch with the milk left me with some undissolved pockets. Its also slightly grainy. I like the idea of just adding milk but its only okay.

I purchased the Kencko protein smoothies in the matcha flavor. I do like the fact that this product has 12 g of plant protein, and there is no added sugar. The flavor is not very appetizing in my opinion. It definitely tastes like it has no sugar which I think a minimal amount would've been fine. I'm not used to the Matcha flavor in things so that was a little bit different for me. I do like that the product has a good amount of fruit in it and that it is an organic product. I do think that putting a smoothie in a packet like this is very convenient. I might be willing to try other flavors of the protein smoothies that they offer but for me, I would not purchase this specific flavor again.
