I love that I can get a some of my fruit and vegetables along with fiber and vitamins with no added sugars in a shake that I mix with almond milk every morning. I love the peach taste and the consistency once mixed up. I have swallowing issues as a result of having 55 radiations to my neck for squamous cell carcinoma throat cancer and cannot eat solid foods. This shake has enabled me to finally gain a few healthy %23 back!!

i am allergic to artificial sugars, so this was really a treat to find something so natural. i mixed mine with cashew milk and it worked as a meal replacement for me. i bought peach first and a chocolate that came with the bottle, but i cant wait to try other flavors

These taste great and start my day off right with the healthy nutrients I needsince I can't eat anything for the first 4 hours of waking up.

Love this brand! I’ve been using this brand for over a month. Minimal sugar, filling and tasty. If you want it sweater I suggest using almond sweetened milk.

I was pleased that the ingredients were organic. There are no added chemicals and that's very important to me. The pouches are larger than I expected. The powder dissolves and mixed easily. It has a pleasant flavor, and is not overly sweet. This is a great way to get all my veggies into my diet. I would definitely buy this again.

This instant smoothie mix contains so many fruits and no added sugars. The mix is all organic, vegan and comes in plant based packaging to support composting. The smoothie tastes pretty good, and I would definitely drink it with very cold milk or water or blended with ice. The peach flavor really comes through and doesn't taste as healthy as it is! I even wonder if I would be good to add to homemade ice cream mix as it is mixing to make peach ice cream.

Tastes great and quick way to get your fruits and veggies in! I use fairlife milk with mine and it’s like a creamy peach julius. The only reason I took away one star is you have to blend it in order to not have chunks of powder. You can shake all you like but you will still end up with chunks if you don’t blend it. Thankfully personal blender cups are affordable!

Kencko instant smoothie peaches is a unique way to get those much needed fruits and veggies. I loved the ingredient listed on the individual packet. I love that all items are organic and even the packaging is biodegradable! I love that no sugar or no artificial sweeteners are added. The flavor profile is a little strange. Maybe mixing peaches, carrot and strawberries is a strange combination flavor profile. The powder completely dissolved into the liquid added. I used water, the packaging suggested using a milk product. I have 3 more packages so I think I'll give oat or almond milk a try next. The drink wasn't smooth. It was a little gritty. Not chemical or gross. I will try this product again. It will make a great way to add in vegetables in my diet in the winter without breaking the bank.
