I was sent the wring one but kept it anyway. I ordered the one with the bling and got the checkered one. I do like the checked one. the sleep doesn't keep the right time . it says i slept for 18 hours when i went to bed at 10:15 and got up at 6AM TO WORK

i loved the set and the watch did everything i needed but when i open it and tryed the ear buds one was defected and did not stay together where the seal was the wires were showing and it kept popping back open supposing the wires in the battery

Does not stay connected you have to keep re downloading the app becaue once it disconnects the messages on the watch doesn't work you have to delete and re download every time and this is my 2nd watch so it wasnt just a bad one.

Its Cute and I love the bands. It doesn't keep up with heart rate or sleep very good. It doesn't keep track of steps for more than one day. Now it has completely stopped and won't charge. I want to return... Help!

my 30-day return literally expired yesterday. and today it stopped working. I cannot get it off the main screen can't swipe it nothing it just tells me time. limited warranty that it comes with you have to sign up on a website I put all the information in that warranty is already expired SMFH

VERY inaccurate for tracking steps. (Currently it says 461, but every time I check it throughout the day it's hardly changed, and the other device I use says 1,067 for steps). It's a cute watch, but the bands are very cheap, uncomfortable and tacky looking. I regret ordering this instead of a Fitbit.

I love, love the looks of the watch and the features. Too bad its not functional and locks up freezes and refuses to charge. One of the earbuds wont charge either. Exchanges once, second items also not functional. Too bad, highly fashionable not very functional though! I liked it... you get what you pay for!

Was going to give as a Christmas present, but I'm glad I didn't. As I went to wrap it, I realized one of the earbuds was cracked open and broken! Not even salvageable.

I bought this for my wife and when she turned it on it she can't use the touch screen. The touch screen isnt working at all. Tried to figure how to reset or turn it off but cant do it since the touchscreen doesnt work. I need a refund.

This item broke every time i bought it i got one had it replaced cause the touch screen went out after 3 days. The next replacement i got one of the headphones didn't work and wouldnt charge this is a horrible product
