I love the Kenmore Canister vacuum , this vacuum is quite lightweight , the retractable cord I love ❤️ another benefit it will turn to fit all the way under dressers in the bed another benefit it also has settings for extra low, low medium, and high. You have a carpet setting and a hardwood floor setting, which is a huge benefit in my home because I have two shedding animals. This is a must buy.

The one thing I noticed as a man, this vacuum is not for an average-sized woman to use. It takes some muscle to use this rather heavy vacuum. The hose is rather stiff and cumbersome (clumsy) to maneuver around the house. The vacuum really gets under beds very well. Be careful what you get the suction hose up against, like curtains, plastic bags, a cat, etc. Do read the instructions, do not think you know all about vacuums with this one.

This is one powerful, little machine that deeply sweeps carpets but gentle on bare floors. The nifty telescoping wand/handle easily clicks into the main vacuum head. With a push of a button the wand can telescope outward to sweep tall or hard to reach areas. The light gray lever is to lower the handle for sweeping. The handle clicks into place upright when finished. You can adjust the main head height by clicking the lever with your foot. I have not encountered any snagging so I have it had to use the Reset button. The cannister glides on non-skid wheels so it doesn’t mark up floors. The big retractable cord and on/off buttons are on top of the cannister for easy access. On the handle there is a switch to select “carpet” or “floors” for easy transitioning while vacuuming area rugs on to bare floors. The bare floor attachment has a handy storage spot right under the on/off and retractable cord buttons. The 3-in-1 combo tool is just genius and allows easy vacuuming of curtains, car/furniture upholstery and small crevices. All the parts, except the cannister, are easily taken apart for under-bed or closet storage. I haven’t had to empty or change the Hepa filters but all you have to do is open the cannister to gain access. Nifty cannister vacuum. Highly recommended.

I have never had so much suction power in a vacuum at this price. Actually it is more power then my more expensive purchases I did a lot of research and it paid of. Also light weight and easy to use. I am ready to buy another one just because,,,,,Great purchase. Thank you

I LOVE this vacuum. I love that is has a sealed bag cannister with HVAC filter. It's so easy to use. I love the removable and extendable hose and pieces that come with. Only thing that doesn't work on this vacuum is the carpet attachment with the spinning brush. i don't use it at all because it doesn't work on anything, not even on hard flooring or thin rugs. Without it, it works amazing and I use it every 2-3 days. strong suction. Easy to change the bag out.

I would recommend the item - kinda - but would not recommend buying from Walmart as the seller of this item, thru Walmart, is Koolatron. Koolatron gives poor customer service! I bought this item in March of 2025. I started to have a problem with the powermate coming off the telescoping wand while vacuuming. I contacted Walmart and they told me I have a 1 yr warranty on it, but I have to contact Koolatron to resolve. All I want is a new telescoping wand as it seems the button that keeps the powermate attached to wand is too recessed and won't hold it on. I contacted Koolatron by phone and the message said No available agents - please call back. Today I called, and was on hold waiting for a rep, then it hung up on me after waiting 5 mins. I also contacted by email and was asked to send a copy of receipt and some other info. On Dec 20th, I sent the info they asked for. Heard nothing back. On Jan 19th I sent another email asking for an update. They replied asking for same info they asked for on Dec 20th. Again, I sent them what they wanted. I would like this resolved before I go back to Walmart for help. BTW - This small vacuum has great suction and is light weight. Perfect as a 2nd vac on a 2nd floor. Attachments are not great - just a small brush and small curtain attachment that are not on board attachments.

It's awkward to lug around and there's no handle to carry the canister. It manages to come unplugged at least once every time I use it. It's also a pain to store cause the parts are all over the place, the wand doesn't stand up on its own and it tips over easily. That said, it's a powerful vacuum.

They vacuum cleaner was not good for me because it was very heavy and awkward and I am an elderly woman. It may work very well, but it's hard for me to tell because I can hardly use it at all.

I haven't even had it a month and it completely stopped working on me. The first vacuum I returned because it kept shocking me. This was the replacement and now doesnt work. This brand of vacuum used to be so much better than this!

Previously they were fine ., today I do not recommend the cord of the plug overheats (hazards) and because of that I burn ., also the power does not make a good connection and for when you are aspirating this vacuum cleaner it was one of my favorites I have been cleaning houses for 10 years and that is how I met it and unfortunately it is no longer the same quality
