I love this vacuum it does everything it's says it does except for area rugs, because of the amount of suction power, it has makes it impossible for area rugs even on low suction it just sucks up the actual rug. But I'm okay with that since I have more rug areas and hard wood flooring than area rugs.

Works so well! Ordered specifically for 2 motor operation and ordered a wood floor brush attachment. Kept this gem and returned a different brand back to the store.

Very powerful suction. Easy to use. I wouldn't say it's super lightweight. Kinda heavy on the stairs. Smaller canister so that helps. Bin has to be emptied frequently due to pet hair. Cleans rugs of pet hair very well!

Like canister over previous upright models, easy to maneuver and handle, great suction, pet hair cleaning head actually works as it is powered, could be a bit lighter and changing some attachments a bit hard at first as all fit so tight, works great on carpet, bare floors, curtains and furniture.

The suction on carpets is excellent, and it also works very well on hard floors. My only complaint is that the vacuum head is a bit too large for my liking. I would have preferred a smaller head that is easier to maneuver into corners and tighter spaces. Overall, though, I'm very happy with its cleaning performance.

Like my older Kenmores, it has great suction. I am disappointed that it has no crevice tool and hose lacks flexability to turn brush upside down to get under furniture. I like my older ones better.

I like this vacuum, the only thing I don't care for is the vacuum head doesn't swivel, so it doesn't turn, you have to come straight back and straight forward, it can be a little awkward when trying to go around objects. It doesn't tip over, which is a definite plus!

I typically love Kenmore products, especially their vacuum cleaners. This one was very disappointing. I do not want a power on and off to only be on the canister. It is so much more functional if it is within hands reach at all times. The vacuum cleaner hose is very stiff and hard to maneuver. There should be a floor attachment to this vacuum cleaner and there is not a hardwood floor attachment. There is a universal floor attachment that is not good for hardwood flooring.

Was a lifelong user of Kenmore products, but unfortunately that will be no longer. It seems their name was sold off after Sears went away and the products have suffered since. The vacuum cleaner I purchased was flimsy, cheap quality and in no way similar to prior Kenmore vacuum cleaners. Sad.
