In love with the color. I am the only one in the neighborhood who has one. All the neighbors are jealous. What i like most is the ease of putting it together. Did it all by myself. Great quality and plenty of room with the side shelves. easy to maintain.
I went with kenmore on my last two gas grill purchases. This recent order from Walmart was on point. kenmore grills have higher BTUbrating than most grills. this means steaks get that outer char with the ability to keep a medium center. most grills can't boast that. the quality of the materials and nice paint options are a plus as well. shipping was fast and assembly was straightforward.
took awhile to put together. I luv the size, fold down side shelves and the blue color. only draw back was not our four wheels fully rotate. would make it easier to move . pretty good quality.
I bought this grill for my Connecticut shore home 3 years ago, so it gets action 6 months per year. So far, I couldn't be more happy with it. I bought it in Azul which is a very cute color. I get compliments on it all the time. When it's not in use, a grill cover is an absolute must. The salt water air isn't good for anything left outside, but this grill show very few signs of age, even at 3 years old. Very pleased with it.
Other than the damaged front panel, it went together quite nicely.
We wanted something small for our small porch and there are just two of us BBQing. We liked the teal color for our coastal area. I like that it has four wheels and that the propane tank sits inside the unit, not on the ground, so it is easy to move around if necessary. We also love the cover that we ordered to go over it.
Good looking grill, and it has a larger footprint than I thought. The two outside burners light with the button, however the middle one does not. The grill just arrived today, and it's first time turning on and the middle burner fails. I'm not going to return it, because it's too much of a hassle to disassemble and return. The burner will light with a long neck lighter, so I'll be doing that.
The assembly was fairly easy, though it takes some time. Overall the directions and the enclosed hardware kit were well thought out. There was one small dent on the edge of the lower front of the base. The packaging was well engineered. The finish was reasonable. The PEM hardware (pre-installed threaded inserts) was done properly. From a design standpoint, the sheet metal in both the base plate and the pedestal are WAY TOO thin. The grill has a lack of rigidity. The next common gauge thicker should have been used. If you are hard on BBQs, I would not suggest this product. I did immediately do a test burn in. It reached 550 degrees fairly quickly, all burners functioning properly. The side shelves are a weak point. I personally removed the "shoulder bolts" for fully threaded screws to secure them into a permanant rigid position. Based on its price point, it is what I expected. Though I believe if the manufacturer made a few minor changes, I would happily pay more. Appearance wise, this is a nice looking grill. Next time, I will spend more for a more rugged and durable grill.
Walmart is shipping this item to the wrong address - they have sent this heavy item to the billing address rather than the shipping address provided in the original order. Walmart refuses to change to the correct address. Amazing that a company cannot cause their shipping vendor to make a correction and now expects an elderly customer to deal with this heavy package to correct their error.
Had to order another side panel that was badly damaged and there are some dings in other places that I guess that I have to keep it to avoid the hassle of returning after just about assembling the entire grill. Not satisfied with their quality control and inspection process prior to shipping.
