Kenmore 32-inch Smart Charcoal Grill with Bluetooth Meat Thermometer, LCD Display, and Temperature Probes, Black/Stainless Steel

I ordered my Grill on Wednesday and to my surprise it was delivered Friday just in time for the weekend, I started assembly early Saturday morning. It was very easy to assemble with just a screwdriver, the directions were clear and easy to follow. It took a couple of hours, but everything fit correctly and it's a very sturdy grill, rock solid! Later in the afternoon I picked up some steaks and chicken to grill for dinner and to also test the grill performance, the results were excellent, temperature control was awesome with the 4 vents smoke stack and adjustable c harcoal trays it was easy to keep temperature in check, I used the smart device and probes to monitor the internal temperature of the steaks and chicken breasts, I was promptly alerted by the app when the steaks were done then the chicken everything was co oked perfectly juicy on the inside crispy on the outside, I only used one side of the grill that was more than enough for my family of 4, this grill has plenty of cooking area enough for a large gathering when needed.

I feel like it came slightly unaligned because when I attached the lid pins. One lined up smoothly and the other not so smooth. So now there is a small gap when I close the lid. One welded component was broken off of the door when I opened the box…. Overall nice grill. Would recommend.

Overall it could be a nice grill door the price BUT there were several scratches on the back and the legs, The hood has a couple of dents in it, one of the grill doors is broken and the pieces could be labeled for better assembly

i liked the look of the grill, but the quality was very disappointing. Some of the screws were not securing (they were stripped)to the legs, so i had to add washers to secure them. The metal on the legs bent where I screwed in the screws. The doors come off hinges too easily. Would have liked them to have been more secure. Had spray screwing mechanism on the charcol pan leveler for it to move without sticking. Have yet to see how it holds up after use

I was so happy to find this reasonably priced grill. However, putting it together took ME about 5 1/2 hours. When I approached the end of the assembly process the hod of the grill had a dent in it and some scratches on the top. Weird, since the box it came in was fully in tact. Well I wasn't going to disassemble it, as that was the last step. I haven't used it yet. So I purchased a cover for it, which wound up being to small for the grill. Suggestion buy a 66 inch grill cover.

Man.. im a very upset. we planned to bbq for new years eve and cant. We received it as expected BUT both side pieces of the first step are missing. so of the box on step 1 that u build that holdes the charcoal!!! like come on man. and of course customer service is closed .

PURCHASED THE GRILL AS AS CHRISTMAS GIFT. HAD IT SHIPPED FIRECTLY TO THE DQAUGHTER AND PAIDEXTRA FOR ASSEMBLE. WHEN WE OPEN THE BOX TODAY TO HAVE EASSEMBLED, THE HOOD WAD DAMAGED. NOT SURE HOW i SEND THE HOOD BACK FOR REPLACEMENT SINCE THE GRILL IS COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED.

The Bluetooth meat thermometer doesn't work. Initially it was working but, after the second time using it, it stopped working. I don't want to return the entire grill because of the thermometer not working. The grill works perfectly fine. Therefore, I will be keeping it.

Garbage item and customer service. Item came damaged. Customer service said Fedex will pick up item assembled since I don't have a box big enough to put it back in it (I tripled-checked, CS assured me they will). Fedex did pick up item yesterday but returned today because they cannot deliver assembled items. I'm just now again talking with CS and he assures me they don't have supervisors that can help me return the item. After insisting, supervisor got in the line but could not help me either. Item at this point is destroyed from two trips from Fedex and unless I find a huge box on my own to put it back in, I will not get my money back. Thanks Walmart for the time wasted.

Extremely upset that the Grill arrived badly damaged. Someone else has previously put it together and put the main panel back, scratched and so badly dented I can not move forward in assembling it. I received a broken 2nd hand item! Its completely ruined my 4th July as I now dont have a BBQ Grill!
