Kenmore 36" 20 Cu. ft. Capacity Side-by-Side Refrigerator and Freezer with Ice Maker, Stainless Steel

I'm returning the refrigerator it's scheduled to be picked up at my residence on Monday due to incompatibility with my water Hook up

Only makes ice for one and slow water flow for water small inside delivery driver left it out and said it would fit but didn't warped hardwood floor from water he left the whole experience was awful

ordered Aug 10th arrived august 20th, died Sept 6th. called Walmart - oh we only do something the first 25 days you have to contact Kenmore. Well it's Sept 15th and obviously I haveost a ton of food - had to order a small garage refrigerator to even function and Kenmore just today accepted the receipt I sent. The online one from your phone will not do - I guess Walmart is in the habit of delivering major appliances without people buying them so the proper receipt is needed. called today and they accepted the last one I sent. Just an absolute nightmare - Kenmore died in 17 days... smh nothing is worth a crap anymore. Last Kenmore I will ever buy. had to do one star there was not a zero.

Cannot see the buttons when it's dark to switch from water to ice it's not lit at all and it's black slowest ice machine I've ever had. It's still not full after a week. I have the refrigerator set on 32° and there is no way it's 32° in the fridge.

i paid ti have it installed, but the water line wasn't connected nor the line for the ice maker

I bought my Kenmore refrigerator in 2003. Never broke down. Never caused me any problem

It was delivered on time but the freezer part nor refrigerator part worked. Service person came out. Extremely helpful and nice. Worked in it for awhile and couldn't get it to work. Sent it back. Folks picking it up on time and courteous.

This Kenmore is well designed for interior space, has the temperature degrees display and control on the front panel like I want, maintains cold temperature, has fingerprint resistant surface, most impressive is how quiet it runs!
