I have a dwarf bunny and the cage/house is really roomy ! I wish the pan at the bottom was a bit deeper because I'm lazy to clean it every 3 days or so, but other than that it's so cute ! He can stretch, he can binky, he has room for a little bed. It's really great for it's value :) OH ! The pan, in my opinion fill up the whole bottom. It's a bit loose by a cm or two, so I laid out cardboard under it just in case he has a spill or something.
I LOVE this Kennel (purchased Christmas 2012). It is very easy to assemble, it's very spacious and best of all, its easy to clean (After we empty the litter we just use mild soap and a cloth to wipe clean). The tray easily slides in/out and its durable all around. The wheels are fully functional and arent clumsy or falling apart. Honee Bunny is really loving her new home. We notice her stretching more and being more active. When we let Honee Bunny out to play, she hops back in the kennel on her own because she loves it so much. We are completely satisfied with this purchase.
This is a great cage. Well made. Easy to assemble. The perfect size for my bunny. I chose not to use the wheels, however, I like that I have the option. My bunny has the freedom to roam a room of her own. She chooses to spend most of her time in the cage. I couldn't have found a better cage for the price.
I bought this so I could put my indoor kitten in it and she could sit out in the fresh air and grass with me in the mornings. It is great for her. She likes it so much that in the house she often goes in it and sleeps. If you are looking for a cage for a bunny or a kitty, as I was, this one is perfect. It is sturdy, has two doors, and has rollers.
I have 2 baby bunnies great house for them will purchase another as they get bigger.LOVE IT ,LOVE IT
This is a very nice bunny cage. It has plenty of room for my Holland Lop to play. He loved it fron the moment we put him in. My husband put together easily and quickly. I will say that a urine guard would be nice to have around the side where bunny pees. It does sometimes go on floor. I put a pad down under cage to avoid the mess.
When we received the cage, the instructions were a little difficult to follow. But once we figured it out, the cage went together easily. It's bigger than it looked from the picture which is good because it gives my rabbit more room to run around in. I like that it has a door in the front and on top as well. Makes getting the rabbit out and stuff into her cage much easier. Overall, I'd have to say I am very pleased with this product.
When I first saw it and saw how it went together I thought it would be loose and not fit tightly together. But the fact is this cage fits together well.. Makes for a solid cage. My kids roll it all over the back play room. It is easy to access all corners of it from the top hatch. Al in all it has been worth the money.
I love the design of this cage. However, the other reviews are correct- the tray does not match up to wire floor. I find this strange because rabbits tend to do their business in corners. I had to put newspaper down underneath. Other than that, this cage allows for easy clean up. I would not recommend for a rabbit that does not get let out much :(, as the wire is terrible for their feet. I have a free range bun that uses cage for hay and bathroom, yet still put a flat surface down (cardboard) in the cage.
I'd live here if I were a bunny. As far as putting it together, it was a snap (pun intended) even though the geniuses who fabricated the cage put the top door on upside down. Good thing I'm a handy guy to have around and fixed this problem with some needle nosed pliers. I believe the instructions could have been a little more detailed for the mechanically declined. I think I'll rate this experience a 7/10.
