Like I see frequently mentioned by other reviewers, this bottle is ridiculously difficult to hold onto and pump because of the shape of it. The bottle gets smaller toward the top, so your hand slides right up (

the spray pump does not eork properly. It is impossible to pump enough to work. This sadly is the 2nd bottle with the same problem and this stuff is too expensive not to be able to use because of faulty bottles.

I bought this product to protect my hair from the harsh heat of my hair dryer and straightening iron. The directions say to use on dry hair so I am confused. I am using it prior to the straightening iron but I believe I need something to protect from the hair dryer too.

This is generally a great product but the spray valve does not work very well. The nozzle does not spray well and the liquid leaks out around the bottom where nozzle attaches to the top. Not sure if they would take it back for a new one that works.

These bottles are awful to hold and spray. You can't even get a 1/4 of a spray, and the sprayer takes forever to come back up! I ordered way before I needed them and then couldn't return! I have used this spray for years and never had a problem until now.

Sprayer did not work properly. Buying from a salon might be better than buying from Walmart.

I found it impossible to get this to spray. I finally put it in another bottle with a trigger spray so that I did not have to go to the store and stand in a line to return it. The spray bottle worked but I do not care much for the smell. I would not recommend this product and will not buy it again.

Product was improperly prepared for shipping and over half leaked out. The top was not on tight and it was in a mailing bag instead of a box.
