Kent Bicycles 26" Innsbruck Ladies Bicycle, Purple

Bought for my 14-year-old granddaughter she absolutely loves it it is so pretty her and my grandson (just wrote a review on the bike we got him) have been out on their bikes away from electronics daily best purchase ever!

Light weight and beautiful! I like it. Paint scraps off at the back rack a little, but it's ok. I still give you 5 stars.

I bought this bike for my daughter to ride at college. The bike is great but it arrived with a punctured tire. Since she doesn't have a car on campus, she wasn't able to return the bike to Walmart. It appears that you have to file a warranty claim through Kent. She needed the bike asap so she had to Uber with the bike to a local bike shop and pay to put a new tire on. You will need to tools to put the bike together. The tools don't come with the bike.

This model is heavier than I expected whereas its structure is quite strong and with thicker ties. Its wheel break is slightly inconvenient in comparison to hand break. I had also found some noise from the wheel recently although I had not checked the possible cause. Anyway I still think it's a good choice as it's overall quality is good.

Overall it's a great bike but the hardware to attach the basket, fenders, and handlebars wasn't included so we had to buy it from a hardware store. Also the Allen wrench required isn't included and it's a weird size

Perfect beach bike or just around the hood. Fairly lightweight. Love phone and beverage carrier.. great that basket comes with it. Wanted coaster brake and this was one of few that offered that. Nice Senior bike

we loved this bike unfortunately we can't get the fenders to stop rubbing the tires. We have tried everything mentioned in the instructions and are afraid the tire is going to get popped.

Front fender did not fit properly. Assembly barely easy as I did it myself and I am now Handyman that's for sure.

It's an okay bike, but shipping was HORRENDOUS. The box was literally DESTROYED and it was delayed. The wheel cover for the back wheel was damaged, so I had to scrap both of those. The tire got flat for no reason, I was lucky I had a pump. The instructions make NO sense. It's good enough for up to a 30 minute commute, but not good enough for daily college life.

Arrived 3 days late and damaged so much that it could not be assembled.
