Bought as a Xmas present for my 8yr old son and it came within 4 days (with free normal shipping) and it's a perfect bike

My 9 yearold daughter is super happy with her new bike. Actually shes been riding it all summer now, so not so new anymore!

We ordered from Jet for the first time; we knew we ordered a little late and were expecting the bikes on Dec. 27...we were delighted when the bikes arrived early on Dec. 21st. This gave my husband time to assemble them and get them ready for a Christmas delivery to our twin grandsons. The assembly went well, the bikes look good, and Jet exceeded our expectations with the early delivery. We would definitely use them again.

I bought this 2 days ago...it came in a box and was partially assembled..the only fault with this bike is the hand brake is not working properly I spent hours just trying to get it right and never did so I just removed them..it still as the peddle brakes..

I bought this bike online and it came in a box, needing to be assembled. The only reason I've given it less than perfect reviews is because the assembly instructions are HORRIBLE! They are so bad that I ended up taking off the handlebar brakes because I couldn't get them to function with the instructions provided. It still has the pedal brakes and my son absolutely loves it. I'd recommend shipping to store and letting them fight with assembly.

The gear mechanism connection wire is cheesy and came off. However, my grandson is 7 and not ready for that anyway. We will make if better when he is ready. Also, didn't realize tires were not inflated. He had a horrible time peddling at first until we realized this. Now he is loving it and having a great time riding his new big bike. I only rated this a three because I did not go cheap cheap on the bike like I could have. I went a little higher priced thinking it would be better quality and was a little disappointed at the gear shift wire issue.

Received this bike as a birthday gift for my 10 year old nephew. The box was junked out but didn't think anything of it until today. He was super excited to put it together only to find that the front bars that the tire slips into was bent so the tire wouldn't fit. Can't return it to the store for a refund and the box is trash so I don't know how I'm supposed to send it back. Needless to say we just made a trip to Walmart and ended up having to leave with a new birthday bike and no refund for this one. Very disappointed.
