Kentucky Legend Hickory Smoked Quarter Boneless Ham, Sliced, Fully Cooked, 1.5-2.0 lb

This is wonderful ham! I was paying almost $10/lb for thin sliced deli ham. This is a great alternative. It is much less expensive, it is thicker and I think it's better tasting. I divide it up and freeze what I can't eat in several days. It freezes extremely well. My favorite ways to eat it? I make a ham, egg and cheese biscuit and it's great in a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. It's already sliced so it couldn't be more convenient.

This ham is delicious and love that it is presliced. it is wonderful for sandwuches, for breakfast, or just grabbing a slice fir a snack by itself. It has a great flavor and I keep it on hand due to the many times I reach for its goodness! I highly recommend it!!

I find that I have to stop myself from making multiple trips to the refrigerator for another slice of this great ham and that although my dog should know by now I’m not gonna let him have any ham (makes dogs have upset stomach) he follows me around muck more diligently and watches me like a hawk. Don’t worry I give him something too just not ham.

Tender, good flavor, little shrinkage cooking, convenient and quick to heat. I’ve used it in oven, in small slow cooker, sautéing slices, or cutting smaller for scalloped potatoes and ham to add a touch of Smokey flavor and protein. High quality ham, worth the price.

Very impressed. Actually was favorable while others are usually taste water down with no flavor. Plenty of meat, we munched on this all week. Added to eggs, made sandwiches, added to salads, ate individual slices, etc. Precut slices makes it so convenient also. Hope Walmart keeps in stock, will definitely be buying again.

I've bought many different brands of sliced hams within the past 40 years or more. In my honest opinion, Kentucky Legend has the very best taste and quality for the price. We favor the old fashioned Hickory flavored ham for breakfast, fantastic sandwiches and diced up in a great salad for Summer Suppers! I very highly recommend Kentucky Legend ham for the great flavor, quality and price!

I've been buying this sliced ham for over 10 years. And the turkey breast too. It's better than Deli sliced hams. It's not sliced paper thin - So- I can dice up - 2 slices (doubled up) for scrambled eggs, add to dips, add to my Mac and Cheese, salads. Etc.

Always good to great flavor and value. The slices are thicker than deli ham. I prefer it. One slice does it on a sandwich. Great for slicing into omelets. Very little fat. Best is the taste. Not salty like deli or packaged ham can be. Not too sweet. Just right

I purchase a ham every week at Aldi. Due to inclement weather I was forced to order from WM . The Kentucky Legend ham is a very poor substitute for the similar product I purchase at Aldi….for less! Appx, 1/8” of the border of each slice of the Kentucky Legend ham is fat! That really adds up when you consider you’re purchasing a ham that weighs appx. 2 pounds. I won’t purchase again. Now I know what WM says they are the low price leader…they are also the low quality leader!

I've used these hams before and they were very good. This one looked very nice, but the curing solution that was in the plastic sealed bag was extremely bitter. It did not have an offensive smell. The taste was so bitter that I threw the whol piece of meat away.
