Soft and silky hair
I recently put highlights in my hair and thought I'd buy this shampoo and let me tell you...my hair feels wonderful. So much moisture and not fizzy. Definitely be on my list to buy from now on.

I received the wrong product. It was Kerastase shampoo, but it was not the one I ordered. I thought the one I ordered might have been unavailable and I was shipped the closest substitute. It is ok, but it would have been better to have been given the option to take the substitute or cancel.

Received wrong order
I purchased through Walmart and clearly ordered Kerastase BAIN SATIN 2. I spent $146.00 for 2- 34oz bottles. They sent me 2 water down bottles of Kerastase BAIN SATIN RICHE, which I cannot use. I want to return these and receive what I ordered or return this and receive my money back.

Item is counterfeit
Item is counterfeit. I use this product regularly and the item received is not the same as the product I previously purchased from Keratase. Very disappointed.
