Product cap issue
The clear plastic cap to the top of the product was cracked from top to bottom. It can be used by CAREFULLY twisting the cap off/on. Whether it was cracked before/after packing, I don't know. The product is still usable.

Did Not Make Me Happy
This product smells quite nice. I was concerned about the instructions which say the foam application should be the size of an orange. The mousse did nothing for my hair, did not add volume, did not add lift, did not help my thin hair into an acceptable hairdo. And the container seemed half empty when shaking the product. The price is way too high to justify any unacceptably results.
