the tang of this cheese is incredible. it's deep and complex. sharp and biting. I cut this cheese in little squares and eat the squares with red seedless grapes. I would never dream of degrading this cheese by cooking with it. this is my favorite cheese

DELICIOUS 😋... I used this as one of the cheeses for my homemade chicken and wild rice soup. I couldn't stop eating it while I was grating it. 😂 It almost didn't make it in the soup. Smooth but parmesisan like texture l. Slightly creamier than parm. It melts so much better than Parm. I will be absolutely trying this as a replacement for Parm in my Alfredo sauce. I think it will be amazing. I'm hooked. 💯 % recommend.

It's Fire!
This Dubliner cheese hits different. Got that sharp bite with a little sweet on the back — real nice balance. It crumbles easy but still feels smooth when you eat it. Toss it on a sandwich or eat it straight — either way, it's fire! Highly recommend!

Kerry Gold, Dubliner cheese is my favorite. It is hard n kerry Gold, Dubliner cheese is my favorite. It is a similar texture to cheddar with a much fuller taste

I gobbled this cheese up as soon as I tasted it almost in one sitting. It was so good I am going to get it again. And this time I'm going to grade it and be good about eating it and not eat it all in one sitting.

Best cheese ever. Taste-wise as well as ingredient-wise. Imported from Ireland. Expensive in comparison to other cheeses, but you get what you pay for.

cheese lover
i use the kerrygold butter so when i saw thw cheese i knew i had to have it. OMG!!! i forgot what real.cheese tastes like. Delicious!!! It can be a little crumbly but i grate mine. if slicing should be no problem

Kerrygold Grass-Fed Dubliner Irish Cheese, 7oz. Bought based on health reasons. Wanted a grassfed real Cheese. Trying to avoid most of the domestic cheese as well as the highly processed extra additive cheeses. This is from Ireland

Previous purchases were excellent. This purchase is obviously covered with mold. The cheese package is unopened and shows no damage. It is also well within best buy date.
