the tang of this cheese is incredible. it's deep and complex. sharp and biting. I cut this cheese in little squares and eat the squares with red seedless grapes. I would never dream of degrading this cheese by cooking with it. this is my favorite cheese

It's Fire!
This Dubliner cheese hits different. Got that sharp bite with a little sweet on the back — real nice balance. It crumbles easy but still feels smooth when you eat it. Toss it on a sandwich or eat it straight — either way, it's fire! Highly recommend!

DELICIOUS 😋... I used this as one of the cheeses for my homemade chicken and wild rice soup. I couldn't stop eating it while I was grating it. 😂 It almost didn't make it in the soup. Smooth but parmesisan like texture l. Slightly creamier than parm. It melts so much better than Parm. I will be absolutely trying this as a replacement for Parm in my Alfredo sauce. I think it will be amazing. I'm hooked. 💯 % recommend.

Best cheese ever. Taste-wise as well as ingredient-wise. Imported from Ireland. Expensive in comparison to other cheeses, but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely delicious and pairs nicely with apples!
If you enjoy cheese, this will be a repeat favorite to have in the fridge. It goes very well with Cosmic Crisp apples. It taste just like the package describes...sweet and nutty.

this is 🤌. great cheese.
omg, if you are needing a cheese fix. this is where its at. a little honey and apple. it hits hard. good with salads as well. sprinkled on spaghetti MMM totally a grounded flavor. hits home.

Kerry Gold, Dubliner cheese is my favorite. It is hard n kerry Gold, Dubliner cheese is my favorite. It is a similar texture to cheddar with a much fuller taste

If you like milder cheddar this is your guy right here. It's much better at room temperature, if it's too cold it just doesn't have much flavor. Melts well.

Good Inside, Repulsive Outside
The cheese itself is great. The packaging smelled so strongly of perfume, soap and/or chemicals, it was repulsive. If you have allergies to perfume, soap and/or chemicals, It isn't recommended that you purchase it.
