My Kessa is my new obsession!
My entire family loves our Kessa!! We all have 2 each and actually use them every shower. You will never go back to a washcloth or loofah. I messed up and thought mine wasn't delivered and messaged the seller. They immediately contacted me and took care of everything. Going above and beyond and even checking on me afterwards to make sure I was still happy. We only buy our Kessas here. 100% SATISFACTION.

Works well. Needs better instructional material.
Works exactly as expected. However, there should be instruction included that specifies not to use soap products with the mitt. Also to soak/shower for 10 minutes prior to soften skin before exfoliating.
