This is a very comfortable and attractive lift chair, and it is a good value for the price. We used the Walmart assembly option ($79), and that was a good decision because the chair is a bit complicated to assemble. The chair was shipped in one (heavy!) box to our home, and the assembly person came to our home to put it together. So far, the chair is working well.

I love my chair. It helps me with my standing, elevating my legs, just feeling comfy. I love the heat and massage features. Try to get a recliner with all this through Medicare and you'll spend over $500.00 on it never mind the aggravating paperwork as to why you need it.

The chair took about an hour and a half to two hours to assemble. However, the instructions were clear enough to follow. The comfort of the chair could use some more lumbar support and cervical support. The appearance of their chair is very nice and happy with the brown color.

This chair is for my elderly mother. She likes her chair very much. Her only issue is when she has reclined the chair and has to use the bathroom, it reclines back to normal very slowly. So if you're in a tight I hope you can hold it.
