The bench went together pretty easy and without any issues. There is ample storage and fits two adults. I ordered 2 and one piece in the 2nd box was cracked. Customer service took care of it and is shipping it right out. Liked it well enough, I have already purchased a 3rd one.

Works good for us. Stores dog play toys and garden tools etc. will have room for hoses too this fall. Keeps our porch picked up and adds some extra seating. Directions a little hard to follow but it's all there if you study it carefully. All pictorial. Need a screwdriver and soft rubber mallet and a little muscle.

I was looking for a patio storage bench that had a back to it and came across this one online at Sam's. The price was right & the measurements were perfect to fit where I wanted it on my screen patio. My husband put it together in about 30-45 minutes with no problems. The quality of the bench is great & it has ample storage for our needs. Even though it sits comfortably, I still purchased a cushion it. I'm definitely recommend this storage bench.

Excellence multi purpose storage and sitting bench at an incredible price. The instructions were a bit of a challenge, however, each part is numbered and there are multiple sources of information to get the job done. Sams Clubs price was unbelievable for such a high quality item with only minor blemishes.

Seems nice for the price. We're using to store toys on our patio. One of the arm pieces came damaged in the box. I contacted the company and they responded with, no parts in stock at the moment; try back in 6 months.

I was really disappointed in the way the back was pieced together and not flush if you were going to see the back I would have returned. It's a cute storage box and love that I have seating as well in my garden shed.

The bench is nice but the front panel does not fit into the side panels well. It is hard to get the metal bar to go into the side. Everything is so tight in the front, the panel bows out some and the lid does not close proper. I had the same issue with both benches I bought. I ended up putting 2 screws in the front to get the lid to close better. The one front panel cracked and the Mfg. is suppose to be sending a replacement and I hope to be able to take it apart to replace it but we will see when it comes.

Box was damaged, when putti g together nothing match the slots, just so happen had a handyman to help rig it together

Everything was great until I tried to attach the lid. It has a very poor design with plastic pieces that are supposed to snap into the base. But when you lift the lid they slip out there is no way they would stay

after putting together there was a few small holes in the front side, beware lay pieces out and look them over before assembly, also on one side i had trouble getting piece to fit and lock in
