The Keter storage enclosure is outstanding and perfect for my outdoor storage needs. The buying experience and shipping through Walmart was horrible. The first Keter enclosure arrived so busted up in the package that I was unable to assemble it, although, I didn't realize it until it was unpackaged. Walmart insisted I gather it back up and haul it back to a Walmart store where they had me cart it inside for customer service to inspect it before agreeing it was too damaged to fix. I'm 73 years old and disabled so that was quite a chore. The Walmart store refused to order a replacement did issue a full refund of purchase price and shipping. I actually took a chance and reordered the enclosure online from Walmart again but, alas, to my dismay, it atrived busted up in the shipping carton also but not as badly broken as the first enclosure. i was not enthusiadtic about gathering it up again and trucking it back to a Walmart store so I called Keter customer service and explained my problem. Keter was very understanding and helpful and agreed to ship me a new roof, a new door and a new endpiece for free. Those new parts arrived in perfect shape and I was able to assemble a perfect enclosure. So, great Keter product and Keter service but horrible Walmart shipping performance and service experience which diminishes my likelihood of shopping Walmart in the future.

Had one of these and liked it so well I ordered another. Came with a door hinge damaged . Called customer service and. they sent me out a replacement promptly. Great customer service!!! But with confidence!!

Product was damaged and the company is slow to respond…. it's been 2 weeks. Not as sturdy as we thought. Would not recommend it.

Box wasn't damaged BUT when opened box and sliding out items, along came multiple broken pieces. Poorly packed, the bottom of box had many small shattered plastic pieces. After seeing all the broken pieces, we slid item back in box and requested a refund. Again poorly packed. I would not recommend buying this product.

Arrived pretty beat up with some damage. Started to put it together but quality was so bad I decided to return it. Walmart gave me a hard time but eventually took it back. Stay away from both companies.
