So listen this thing is very easy to put together BUT just don't over tighten anything because it's just harden plastic. I'd give it a 3.5/5 on ease of putting it together by yourself.

I'm an avid griller/smoker and this is exactly what I need and nicer than expected. Huge prep area and lots of storage. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I'll keep it in the garage to avoid weathering and prolong its life. Highly recommend. I prepped a Nolan Ryan tri-tip, hence the photo.

This product required careful assembly, and did have some holes that were not completely drilled through by the manufacturer, and one small chip off a piece of the plastic housing. It turned out to be a great finished product that I anticipate will work very well for its intended use in the barbecue area.

Let me start by saying that I love the outcome. However, putting it together requires some time and patience. There are a lot of pieces. My biggest issue was that one of the side pieces had a piece of metal sticking out. (See picture) We could not figure out why and later realized the cap had come off. The same thing happened with the door. The door would not snap in and one edge had come off. The instructions only come with pictures.

The box arrived severely damaged but taped back up. I discovered a “do not ship. Hold for QA” sticker on it , which I assume is quality assurance. One part was cracked and a piece of plastic ripped off and no assembly instructions were in the box. I assume the fell out when the box was damaged. Since there is a QA sticker on it from May, it is now August, I think this a Walmart issue vs Fedex. Someone at Walmart looked at this severely damaged box and sent it.
