this isn't really a review but I want to start my low carb diet again and I have to have creamer in my coffee but the vanilla one has 5grms sugar 5grams carbs ! What is MCT oil and what is it for ?

Great but a bit pricey
Its very creamy and has no weird flavor. One thing though is that it did not completely dissolve, but it was only a little bit on top. Maybe it was because my drink wasn't hot enough? Really good, although a bit pricey. I would still recommend it.
