I'm hooked on these keto muffins 50 calories each.I put loads of romaine lettuce and Velveeta slices on top, heat for about 8 mins....terrific low calorie snack...I highly recommend, today I purchased 2 bags instead of one

Fine for low carb but expensive.

Of all the keto brands I've tried these were one of the worst. They are ok in a pinch for maybe sausage muffins bit thats about it. The taste is comparable to cardboard and the texture is stale even when fresh. Many people choose these over other sim0ly due to the price being lower. However the old adage "you get what you paid for" truly does apply here. Trust me when I say spend a buck or two more for better quality.

These muffins were flat and skinny, perhaps half the size of a regular muffin. The taste was absolutely terrible--worse than cardboard. I had to throw them away. I hate wasting money %26 food and this item was expensive for the amount provided.
