I am really happy to have a low carb option that I can buy with my regular grocery order. I am normally more carnivore, but when we have smash burgers, it is nice to have a bun and all of the toppings. This bun only has 1 carb! I wish it didn't have soybean oil, however. It seems like we can't get away from it or other seed oils.
I was recently told by my doctor that I should eat more protein, so one of the things I chose to add to my diet was cheeseburgers! I am on Keto Diet, so I had to find Keto Buns in order to make it work. I found these, and decided to give them a try! They are perfect! Tastes just like a regular bun, and I can have my cheeseburgers!
Ok, it's Keto, not regular bread. As Keto products go, it is very good, and we have been using them for the last couple of years. The flavor is good, and the texture is fine. Somewhat more dense than the white fluffy stuff, but we can't eat that anymore. Highly recommend to the carb conscious good value item
Great for burgers (of course) and we also use these for breakfast sandwiches. They are not as “tasty” and they are less flavorful. Smaller, too. We'd rather enjoy less carbs than have the full carbs (and servings) of the other bread. Keto stuff like this has come a long way.
I am a die hard keto girl these are great Still taste like a regular bun but low in carbs and 60 calories in one bun unlike regular that have upwards of 280? ??? Will never eat regular buns again!!!!!
If I had never had another keto hamburger bun, I would think this is pretty good. But the orowheat is heads and tails above this in taste and texture, and only slightly pricier. Even the better goods, which is cheaper, tastes better than this one. Which is why this is the one that is always in stock and the others are never in stock.
They're OK they have flavor is not very good. I prefer just to use the keto white bread instead of a bun for a hamburger or turkey burger or whatever but the flavor is not good. Taste actually kind
I should have known that a hamburger bun that visually looks like a conventional product but is called keto would have other differences. In this case, it's the taste. It had a strong odd chemical taste. I'm not a chemist so I can't say what particular chemical or chemicals. I have thrown out almost the whole package and don't have the ingredient list handy but I do recall modified starch was among the most prominent ones. Before you consider buying these, be sure to read the ingredients in the listing. The texture and appearance were identical, to me anyway, to Walmart's Great Value Hamburger buns, but after trying a few bites of a bun i felt alerted to something off. Possibly coincidentally, or not, in a few hours I had mild stomach upset. I've come to the opinion if I'm going to eat carbs, they can at least taste traditional and not give immediate problems.
I started a low carb diet and theses poped up. They were molded before the sell by date. i didn't get 2 eat but 2 out of the 8 buns. i would rather have the carbs then ever order this brand again
When I got the buns which are pricey because of Keto there is black on the inside of the package on the buns. I not going to be able to eat them. I don't believe the person who picked out these buns ever looked at them. I wouldn't pick these buns out in person and I won't have someone else pick them out for me. The shoppers should treat each customer as if he/she was a member of the their own family and choose accordingly.
