Perfect bread toasted but the kinda yeasty flavor that's stronger "raw" has become a craving. The loaf has a air pocket so when sliced creates a hole between the top and bottom. im tearing off the top of the slice before I finish prepping meal/snack it's so darn yummy.
I enjoy most low carb or Keto bread. I like the higher fiber content. Always read the nutrition information, because all Keto foods are not low in carbs. Subtract the fiber from the carbs and that will give you the net carbs. Good source of fiber. I like to eat this bread toasted and I use sugar free syrup to drizzle for a touch of sweetness. I don't usually use butter but you can. Great with hot coffee or tea. I'm sure hot chocolate would be good too.
Love Keto Culture brand of bread and buns. Taste is great and so much more like "brand" breads. Name brand keto breads are tough and not as good, so please keep stocking Keto Culture brand. (out of buns today, so was disappointed - keep this brand in stock!)
it's okay ,but the keto Brownberry bread had a much better taste and the slices were thinner. my store no longer carries it, I hope they bring it back, it definitely was much tastier.
I really wanted to like this bread, however it's horrible! I made the mistake of putting it into the freezer and when I brought the loaf out to get a couple of slices it literally crumbled in my hands like sand. it completely decompensated in the little tiny bits of bread. I did thaw out another slice carefully and then tried to taste it but it was awful. save your money. there are lots of other selections out there for you.
This bread is really kind of hard. It's not. I don't prefer this one. I've had different keto low-carb bread, but this one is just not good at all so if you want soft bread, I advise buying something else. If you don't mind hard bread then this one's the one you
First let me say the size of this loaf is about the size of Sunmaid Cinnamon Raisin bread. I should have known from that how bad this was going to be. And it wasn't my first choice but apparently my second choice wasn't available and they don't give more than one option when they choose for you. Dear God. This stuff is about half the size of a good slice of bread. And if you don't know what I mean by that it takes about 1 1/slices of provolone or American cheese to cover a normal slice. These "bread" slices had the corners of my slice of American poking out from the crust. The density and weight is that of a buttermilk biscuit, but not flaky and definitely not as yummy. In fact it's very doughy. The aftertaste. OH MY GOD the aftertaste! I took a few bites thinking I'd get used to this. I didn't. I don't have a big mouth (in that sense LOL!!) so I took maybe 5 or 6 little bites. I can't get this taste out of my mouth..... I might need a peppermint Altoid or two..... So gross! I was really hoping I could use this stuff for bread pudding but I really don't want to make people vomit if they don't need to. Dear God this stuff should not be allowed to be sold. I'll probably have nightmares. First photo is to show the size of the "loaf"
This brand of Keto bread is my least favorite by far. Half of the loaf was crumbling to the point I couldn't use it for toast or anything for that matter. This had a decent texture but is seriously lacking in the ingredients that make it similar to regular bread. No calories is useless at the price and product quality I received with this over priced product.
There seems to be quality issues with this bread. I purchased it a couple times now, every time I purchase it it's stale. If it wasn't for the quality issues, I don't think the bread tastes bad when I don't have a stale slice, but the majority 98% of the loaf is always stale, other than that the texture of the bread and taste is fine. I would say it's a little too expensive for how much you get and the quality issues.
I just got my delivery yesterday and I go to eat lsome keto bread and I first smelled it and it stinks and then I noticed it's been out of date for 3 weeks. I really wish I could get my money back for this item.
