The product arrived soon enough and looks fine. I have health problems that make using it a bit risky. I have used it a couple of days and got agitated and became a bit more irritable so I stopped using it. I have high blood pressure too and caffeine can raise that so I have to be careful. That is on me but I do like the product and recommend it for a healthier person. I did not notice any help with food cravings but had a bit more energy.
