Keto Science Ketogenic Meal Shake Chocolate Dietary Supplement, Meal Replacement, 14 Servings

This Ketogenic milk shake is much better than some other Keto drinks I've tried. Keeping in mind that the Keto diet consists of virtually no sugar, this drink is not sweet at all. It tastes like cocoa powder, but thankfully without the bitterness. I am not sure how to describe it exactly, but if you can imagine the taste of chocolate with no sugar, that is what this tastes like. I personally quite like it, because I always struggle with sweets, and having anything that tastes sweet just makes me want more, so thankfully this does not taste sweet (or taste like any other beverages with fake sweeteners, which are gross). The main issue with a lot of these drinks is that they do not dissolve, and this product is no exception. The instructions on the bottle say to mix it with water or other beverage, so I usually choose milk. However, as you can see from my photos, it just does not dissolve into a drink consistency. You need to stir it up, and drink it immediately. If you let it sit for a few seconds, it will all come back to the top again. You could chug it I suppose, but I prefer to slowly sip on it as I start my morning, so I just leave the spoon in. I just stir every time I take a drink. If you don't, and you drink the froth on top, it is too much and does not taste good. I am just starting to work towards Keto choices, and this I think is the best one I've had so far. I definitely recommend.

I LOVE THIS SHAKE. It has a lot of nutrients, good price, as others will rob you for less nutrients, and doesn't taste bad to me. I mix it with a scoop of better greens, half cup of berries and almond milk. Tastes like a milk shake. My cravings have crazy diminished and I've been steady slowly losing weight. You don't have to be keto to buy this. But be aware of the saturated fat in this if you're not. So glad I decided to try this!

They discontinued, my favorite keto protein powder at the vitamin Shoppe, but this runs a close second.

I am enjoyed the taste and will probably order again before I run out of it! I need to drink it everyday but I don't but it's a better mix I had in awhile!

Dissolves well in almond milk in a shaker bottle. Great taste, creamy milk chocolate.

Pretty decent. I add teaspoon of espresso powder. Another teaspoon of cocoa powder unsweetened. 1 ounce heavy cream. And about a teaspoon or more of Pyure sweetener.

The ketogenic chocolate meal shake tastes similar to most other meal replacement shakes. It has a good chocolate flavor with no bad after taste and mixes well in a blender bottle. It does a good job at holding off hunger for 3 to 4 hours so it also makes a good meal replacement drink. I also like that its geared more toward the ketogenic way of eating, since we just started that.

I tried this chocolate keto shake as a meal replacement. I'm not a huge fan of protein shakes I don't work out regularly. However I use this shake every few days as a meal replacement. I cant be a testament to weight loss, but I do feel full and energized when I drink this shake. I only mix with water in a shaker bottle then put it in the freezer for a few minutes to get icey. The first sip has a slight after taste but then it is gone. I would recommend this shake for a meal replacement.

I have tried different protein shakes and this is one of the best. It contains a moderatel amount of calories per serving and the flavor is acceptable. It does keep you satisfied for a reasonable amount of hours and helps to prevent craving sensations.

It doesn't taste good at all, I've tried putting it with many things and i just can't get past the taste very thick, chunky, and takes forever to mix
