Awesome Product!

Really like this! Helps me get from breakfast to dinner. I used to eat Paleo but thought I would try Keto so I could have some dairy. I take BHB before my work outs and feel more energized. I have tried the orange one and the apple pear. I like them both but think i like the orange a little better.

No side effects. Mixes easily. Tastes pretty good. Curbs my appetite very, very well. It gives me a nice little boost of energy. I use the Patriot Pop flavor with water. I use the chocolate flavor with whole milk. (gasp!) Yes, I'm a fan of dairy products so get over it. I use this stuff as a meal replacement/appetite suppressant. It helps me when I don't have time to stop and eat a good meal. I use it for breakfast if I decide I need something because I fast a lot. I find myself not eating a real food meal until about 4:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. I'm satisfied for the day. I feel great. I've dropped a few pant sizes while using this. I'm absolutely satisfied with this product.

This product works great. It has just the boost of energy you need at the end of the work day to stay focused. I also use it for workouts as it gives me the extra boost of energy I need to finish strong. I love all the flavors while Apple-Pear is my favorite.

I've been on this for a week..Both flavors are delicious..The meal supplement is a little hard on my stomach..Testing Keto recipes for my meals has been challenging and interesting..So far, it's mind over matter..I'm determind to complete this as I'm am in Ketosis..So, that being said it's working for me!!..

When I received this I only had 28 days to finish the supplement before the best before date. The taste is good and it mixed well with water.

I've been on keto for a few weeks, and bought this to help with appetite suppression among other benefits. I was totally shocked by the artificial sweetness flavor and just how intense it was so am really surprised by someone else saying the flavor profile is not intense. I bought the Apple-Pear. It is good, but a struggle to drink with only 12 oz of water because it's like diet Kool-Aid or eating an apple Jolly Rancher. I'll keep trying to increase the water to dilute it more, but not sure if I'll buy again.

The taste of this product is awful, i cant get pass the taste. Will definitely not be ordering this again
