I recently had a colonoscopy and drank this and the other bone broth made by the same company to keep myself hydrated. I was impressed by how good it tasted and even more impressed by how well I felt since I was only able to have liquids. This is the first time I have not felt sick and dehydrated when going through a colonoscopy prep! There is something in this bone broth that really helps your body stay hydrated! I will definitely use this again for the prep and use it for any broth that I need for recipes in the future!
This product is extremely tasty and nutritious. Might as well get both and more from this product than the other versions of broth yucky taste of salt and somehow seasoned. After you taste this broth you’ll feel more nourished it goes with so much of cooking and flavoring. A
I use this to add to my dogs con Quinn and I use this because there are no onions in it and it is strictly beef marrow which is good for dogs and my dogs will eat their Costa Quinn now and I mix it with their wet food so I'll continue to buy this even though it's more expensive onions are poisonous to dogs and and I'm not gonna compromise and take a chance
LOL I bought this by mistake. I thought that it was a powder. It's not. Tastes great, I would like to see in a bottle with a cap you could screw on and just use part of it.Great protein source, and great for stews. I probably won't do this again unless I'm doing a roast , then that would be great.I am glad that I made this small mistake.
This is one of those things you don't think will matter that much, but it actually does. The flavor is really clean and not too salty, which I appreciate because a lot of store-bought broths can be a little overpowering. I've been using it in soups and quick meals, and it just makes everything taste better without doing anything extra. Definitely something I'd keep on hand.
If you’re on a keto or carnivore diet and need an extra protein source this broth is absolutely delicious! I warm it up and add a little extra sea salt to it, it’s like a warm hug! It’s very filling and satisfying if you’re trying to fast and break a sugar and snacking habit. It’s also non-GMO and glyphosate free.
I use this as is for my slow cooker meals, Put it in my coffee for health benefit and even use it for my kittys food for extra moist dinners. Nice and flavorful. If anyone in the house is getting sick its good to mix with tea and lemon juice for immunity benefit.
the tast was ok, but i wish it had more of it. i'm sure it is a great base for soups and other dishes, but i know people use it in a keto lifestyle. im drinking it because i hade bariatric surgery and i want something savory, not just protein shakes that are "sweet." it NEEDS salt, herbs, something!!! very bland.
Tried as a liquid supplement for nutrition prior to a medical procedure based on previous great reviews. So disappointed! This was the most horrible product I have ever tried. Took one sip and the entire package went down the drain. Based on the experience, I am not even going to open the chicken broth which I also purchased. I hope other consumers have a better experience, but I won't ever be buying this again.
I have been drinking this bone broth for many years (probably 9) and this particular lot (and I got 12) taste very "gamey" I've only experienced that one before in all the years. It was bad enough that I won't be able to drink any of the 12 cartons. Won't order again unless I can be sure it's a different lot and expiration date. Disappointed.
