Keurig 2.0 Needle Cleaning Tool

My Keurig was clogged and this tool cleared it out and now it's running smoothly again. Definitely worth having.

I had one before that came with my keriug but I couldn't find it I called the company and they said they didn't carry them anymore so I found one here works great thank you

We use our Keurig at work EVERYDAY multiple times and some of the staff were getting grinds in their coffee cups. We read the instructions on how to use this little tool and after using it once it was amazing! Works wonderfully! We are going to try and do this every week to keep the machine nice and clear. Thanks for everything Keurig. You have the best coffee makers!

Great for cleaning the one part of my coffee maker I hadn't been able to in the past

I had a problem with my machine it would not dispense. The associate was able to get my information and told us the part would be shipped to us. We were so surprised

Did the job, no complaints. Was kind of hard to figure out how to use at first but in the end it all worked out.

The product is fine, it's the shipping that sucks. Don't count on getting your order on time.

The lady taking my request could not give me the correct part because I did not have a serial number even tho I did have a model number. I landed up paying for a $2 part plus $10 shipping for a wrong part. However when I called back the lady was very understanding and said I would be refunded. It is too bad that this part is not available so now have to put this in the landfill .

I've been having problems as of late making hot chocolate in the Keurig. I keep getting needle errors on the screen. I have taken the meedle out several times and rinsed it in good hot water. No luck. It usually makes coffee just fine. I ordered this needle cleaner. It had a few geounds in the bulb when i was done, but the issue with the Keurig still persists. it might be truly the needle. Who knows.

The item is not the right size for my coffee pot.
