For the longest time I won't lie, I ignored the descaling process and just skipped it and continued brewing my coffee hoping for the best. Well now I have a pot that won't brew until you descale so I didn't have a choice but to follow the rules. It worked, and my coffee tastes better. The end.

Walmart has the lowest price that I've found for this product. Bought online then used ship to site - so no shipping charges. They give about a two week window so can pick up at your convenience. I got my Keurig from a friend who said it wasn't working - all it needed was both needles cleaned - they were plugged with coffee grounds. So, a little cleaning, now I have it descaled - stop by for a fresh cup!!!! I've done a little with different cleaning products - have always found the manufacturer recommended products to work the best.

my problem with this product is there are no instructions I don't know how to use it I know what it's for is to descale my coffee pot but do I add water do I just put it in an empty tank do I fill the tank and then put it in there's no instruction do I run it through once twice three times I have no idea what to do with it I've read the bottle over and over I even used my magnifying glass to see if I could miss anything and I still haven't figured it out I'm going to do it again I'm going to go over the bottle again and again to see if I can find out exactly what I'm supposed to do with it then I guess I'll have to call the company and ask them so my problem with this product is no instructions

This is the 2nd bottle I have used %26 the descale light is still on. The machine is less than 1 yr. I used bottle water for a while after I got the machine. But it doesn't seem to make a difference. What are my options. This is the 3rd one and neither one has lasted more than a year..

There wasn't any instructions with this product so I looked online and it was wrong. So it didn't work because each machine is different. I located my machine booklet and then followed the descale instructions with half white vinegar half water in the tank and it worked. The descale light went away.

If you have a certain model keurig. this can make it stop working completely! I learned this on google. -too late! They make a descaler that is a pod that doesnt go through the resevoir. It only cleans where the coffee comes out. Get one of those!

I used this exactly as my Keurig manual said to for descaling and it burned up my Keurig! Smoke was coming out of it where you put the Kcup! It smelled like burning plastic! I turned it off and unplugged it for 30 minutes and when I plugged it back in nothing happened. My Keurig worked perfectly until I descaled it with this crap! So upset! 😣
