Second one of the classic purchased. The first one lasted for years. Best one in the business (Classic Model)! First one just not heating hot enough any longer.

My old classic coffee machine has been a trusty staple in my life for years. I honestly cannot remember how old it is. I've been in my new home for over 6 years and I had it well before I moved, and it still works. It is making a bit of a noise at times, so I figured I had better get another one so I do not miss my coffee. I use a cup of simple vinegar to clean it from time to time, run it through the system and flush at least 3 refills of water and it is just fine. I buy my favorite coffee and use the refillable cups instead of adding to land fills and it makes a great cup of coffee every time!

this is a mixed review. i am on my 3rd machine over the past 5 years. each failed after about 18 months or so each. The good side is that Keurig has replaced each unit under warranty but still no statement as to why each failed. you requested i return the defective unit which i did but opinion as to why the failure and the inconvenience they caused. BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>>> i still love and use the product and the related cups

My first Keurig lasted a decade or longer, but the ole tank was gurgling and it Also ran super loud. My new machine is fantastic, I wish I had done this sooner!!

I had the original keurig classic and I absolutely loved it. When it came time to replace it I wanted the same model. This model has an extra option for cup size and is lighter in weight and a little smaller in size. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my parents. My mother is able to have her use it for her tea and make easily make my dad his morning cup of coffee.

We are replacing our last Keurig which lasted quite a while. We replaced it with the same one and are very happy with and hope it lasts just as long. Works well and makes great coffee!

This is our second Keurig classic. It works greet. I bought the red. It is a pop of color in the kitchen. The red is a calm red that blends in nicely. Very happy with this purchase.

I got "Huggies" shipped to me instead. No satisfactory explanation was given. WalMart cancelled order three days ago but this item was still sent in its place. I have no idea why but I did look to order the item again, but it was marked "unavailable" . Something is wrong

This is our third Classic. We have had to ask for warranty replacement for two. They just stop working. We love the design and the quick brew but can't put up with the fact that they are defective. We just finally gave up and replaced it with a ‘Supreme'. The Supreme model is slower brew and we are not completely happy with it yet. It is was not our favored model but couldn't get another Classic, and if this model doesn't work, we will never order a Keurig again and move on to another mode of coffee brewing for our household. This greatly saddens us as we have stuck with this company for many years. Think back to when Lipton produced K cups of soup with season packets - we still have some in the pantry! Loved that concept.
